I am getting these for 2 payday loans..

saying that they will have me served if I dont comply - in ny it is illegal to collect on illegal payday loans
so what should I do with them - I do not want to be arrested..

they are saying a fraud clam for a bad check.

I got a call from this number and the person said his name is Robert Green from United. He gave this number as 855-841-6373 wanting money from me. You just call the company you owe and ask them if they know these people.

Back again and found some info that was left on my voicemail and searched the info heard and came back to United Collections Recovery,LLC

Look them up because these are the people who are scamming us and they are just going by United because they left personal and harassing information on my family voice mails way in Maryland and they change numbers all the time. New # is 855-841-6373 that they left as a call back. Please call state attorney general asasap if they got your money too!! We can fight them together to stop all the harassments about payday loans. Their numbers I've noticed always come up restricted or private and they always leave 855 numbers for you to call them back on or like Sand said it will show up 307-527-6423 so that you will see number and answer.

We also had a voice mail left where one of the guys were talking about how they have to convince people like us everyday to pay these loans back by saying we're going to jail and its not true. Are you serious? They better be damn sure lucky that I do not live in NC or I would have them pay me back the $750 I had paid to them! Straight Scam Monsters....How can you unprofessionals have a
heart making people miserable? Get a Real Job!

called me at work left a msg, said he was am attorney and some one had made a complaint against me and that if i wanted to settle this without going to court i needed to call him.
