You are formally seerved when a processor server hands you a piece of paper. Other wise it is b***s*** and an illegal collection tactic. Call your state Attorney General's office . Never give these scum any information

Hi all, I keep getting this # calling me. I dont answer, so they call @ different times of the day. Never pay anything over the phone you did not initiate! Never give personal info over the phone. Ask Them to send it in the mail because you want it in writting. Dont give your address, name, nothing. According to Them, they have it all already, right? Dont fall for bully scammers. They feed on fear. Knowledge is Power!

I just received this phone call (855-842-2885), not knowing the number I let it go to Voice mail... none was left. After reading some of the comments on this page I decided to call them back.  Apparently its part of the DCCC Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. which in and of it self is odd to me because they usually call from an unknown number (on my cell). I am treating this call as a scam and will look into blocking the number.

Tell them go ahead and call, then have an honest conversation with your boss.  More than likely, your boss will understand and tell them off.

Close your account and open a new one and DON'T give them any information. They are scammers!

Somebody called from this # today @ 4:41pm and asked for someone named Justin. My wife politely said that they had the wrong # and they said "No I don't, put Justin on the phone now!" My wife hung up before I could not so politely tell him he basically just called my wife a liar and I now wanted to have his information and asked to have my # removed from whoever Justin is file as well as be put on their do not call list. When I called the # back I get an automated message telling me the person @ Extn 500 is unavailable and their mailbox is full. Can someone PLEASE tell me who this # belongs to so I can hunt them down and tell them what I really think of the way they do business!

My parents and sister received several phone calls from this number. The first day about 6 times in a 2 hour period. A message was left on the answering machine. A guy gave his name as Nate Johnson. He was looking for me. He said charges and a claim had been filed against me and that I needed to call him back with a current phone number, address and work location. His final statement was in a loud and demanding tone " You have been notified". I called the number back and spoke with someone named Paul Thompson. He said he worked for Consolidated Management. He told I me owed money from a payday loan. He wanted me to make arrangements for payment by credit card or debit card only. I told him I needed to check his business information first. He said I wouldn't be able to find anything on his company because they don't have a web site. He stated if I made arrangements within the next 3-5 days he could stop the charges and claims against me. He called 6 days later and everyday since then. The calls start at 7 am about 4 calls every half hour. Nate Johnson called also stating on one occasion that I had 2 hours to respond before charges are filed against me. My parents have answered the phone and have told them repeatedly to stop calling. The calls continue from the same people only from various numbers as well as this one.

This isn't a real post it's by people who work for that "Consolidated" company who by the way is not listed on California SOS website

I have been getting calls from this number.

Received a call from a local number telling me they needed my address to serve me with a notice to appear in front of a judge.  He would be coming to my door with local authorities to take me in to custody to appear before a judge.  He would not give me any other information but finally gave me a number  to call.  I called the number and no one answered but the local number proceeded to call me 9 times one right after the other once I said I would contact the company.  I also checked the local courts in my state and there have been no criminal charges filed against me.  Just want to let others know to really listen to what they say. Most of these types of calls are scams!!

Sir, i don't know what you did. But i did receive same call from a Mike Davis. giving a claim # and # to FIRM also wanting to verify address ,kept asking where i was and all. he said he confirmed a policy to serve me at my place of employment. I received the information to the Firm from my VP. I spoke to a case manager and she explained what was happening. It was a bout a payday loan i took out. forgot to pay it back. They let me resolve before being served to appear for the charges of a bad check. Idk if this is for same thing for you Tim, but as much as it seems scamish, i know i took out the loan and forgot to pay it back.

Don't ever pay any one over the phone who can't validate your debt in writing.  

Go here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/freereports/index.shtml and get a copy of your credit report for free and check to see what company pulled your credit report recently (probably on the same date you first got called by these scammers).

Once you have their contact info, go here https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and click on Complaint Assistant and file as detailed a complaint as possible with as much contact info about them as possible.

hello well this company number 1-855-842-0188 is a telemarketer and using the name impactcashusa which that company change there name way back in 2008 so these scammers are using it too scam people saying they owe them instead there imposters there scum bags trying too take are hard earn money cause there too lazy too get a job

if you get a payday loan and its in your name its not called fraud as these scammers call it cause if it was people would have too use others info too do that like ssn# and stuff but we dont do that but these scammers like ripping people off cause they dont know how too get a job so they take it from us anyway they can and im getting very upset with these people from other countrys tell them too get a real job

well i know for sure there a telemarkerter i checked on there number and too me its a scam they threatin me with jail and im will be served and its fraud its not fraud if you got a loan its not and the orignal company does not file a complaint or threatin u with bad words they say they are a consoldate debt they said the loan company hired them not true cause i called the original company and they dont have that name anymore its just some telemarkter using the logo name and posing as them impactcashusa when impactcashusa changed there name  after 2008 cause i had this happen 2 years ago about some company saying the same thing about bank of freedom theres a bankfreedom but no bank of freedom i just hate these scammers taking money from us americans they need too be stop

I got the same call i was afraid to go to work they call my boss they was coming to serve me papers.so i  haft to now have $75.00 dollar in my account by friday and they will call me the day before an the following pay period also and they said they added on all int. for wich i don't owed pay back their $50.00 now they want 500 more or they will keep calling my boss.who should i call anyone know please help.

I have been getting this called up until friday someone call name karen sanders said she was coming to my job told my supervisor and then the upper boss what was going on and say she was coming to to serve me papers now at work and was going to find me today.but i told them i will finish paying them from 2010 they wanted the rest i got a card for $50 and they add 590 to be pay off i gave my check account number being afraid so now they said they stop the person from coming to my job since i made arrangement with them.but when i call the ext. 500its full or not taken any calls or an error was made.so what do i do.any answered here.

yeah and they ask me ether too pay by visa or master card and there number when they called was private name and private number her name is mrs barnes she said her name was

well this number called me and said impactcashusa has filed a claim and i called impactcashusa and they said they dont do that they sell the account too a bill collector and this number said i should send 75.00 before 5 buisness days and ask me if i been served yet i said no so i called the police and they said call the internal genrals office so is this number a scam

Thanks everyone!!  She called again this morning (my husband's cell) and he was off work today and told him she was coming to his job to serve papers.  This time she called from an 817-932-7059 number (I guess so he would think she was local).  He explained to her that he wasn't at work and would meet her somewhere and she hung up.  Then she proceeded to call my mother-in-law (who is almost 90 years old) and tell her the same story.  These people have absolutely no ethics at all!!!  When we call the number back it doesn't even ring, just says extension 500 is unavailable to leave a message and the mailbox is full.  SICK OF THE HARASSMENT!!!

I just got a call from 855-842-0188 and they told me the same thing i was they would get a real job and leave everyone alone!!!!

What I did was call them back every free chance and messed with them.  Give them hell people they will quit calling I did it for like a whole day the really don't like it.

just got a msg from a Renee Thomas ..who was very serious that there are charges in a claim in there office and that i need to contact them to mediate this matter..they need a home or work addrs so they can send me paperwork...that this call means "i have been formally been served" ..??

Darlenee we just had a call from this number I have had problems with these types of scum bags before don't believe anything they say.  They said we lived in one town but never have what a couple of numb a**

Does anyone know exactly who this is?  They called my husband's PLANT MANAGER where he works and he got in SERIOUS trouble.  They claim he has loans with them and if he doesn't pay they are going to come out to his job and law enforcement will serve papers.  He called back and asked for the "Gwen" that called him and was told she didn't work there.  The company's name is DSI? and they are located in California.  We live in Texas. We have not received any notices or information via postal mail regarding this issue.  Anyone else deal with this?
