The lady that call me her name was logan james say she was a law police and i had a loan over due and i own700.dollars but they would except 350. today and the next 3 months i will paying 235. dollard for th next 3 months the company they say i goy a loan from was summit group loan company

I had the exact same thing happen to me two hours ago. They left the message. I called the number and no one answered and it went into voicemail. I informed them that what they are doing is against the law and that I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, which I did. LOSERS.

I received a call from these same people telling me that they were sending the local authorities to my place of employment as well as my home. They called my job and left information with my co workers, they called my mother in law and also left detailed information with her. I told the person that I was contacting my Attorney generals office because this is about the 5th time they have done this.

Got a call from a "process server" saying to call 855-843-4437 that I had a case against me.
Wellll...poor thing if she only knew first of all Process Servers dont call you and tell you to call another number. They see you in person. She must have sounded 17. I had to inform her of what she is doing is wrong. Needless to say, she hung up on me. Well that takes care of that. On to the next scam freak that will try to pull a stunt like this on me.
