number keeps calling no messages left or anything. so know clue

they called me but where asking for Richard Spland i dont know anyone named Richard...and it scared the s*** out of me

Yeah mine said his name was detective Sheilds, LOL, and he was from the northeastern division. We googled that and it comes up as a federal agency in the state I live in. That was a little unsettling, but when I googled the phone number it says its New York and then I found this link. The 'docket number' the voicemail mentions isn't even how my state circiut court numbers things. I did not call them back.

They called my mom left a message regarding "check Fraud" and when i called the number back they had the last four of my ssn, my dob and knew the county i was residing in, saying i needed to pay an old debt of $690 and some change or there is a summons trying to be summoned to me. For three counts of maliscous check fraud or something from 2008 he also mentioned the statue of limitations on the debt, was about to run out and they wanted to either get it paid voluntarily or take me to court for check fraud. He also said that the owner of this company that I suppossedly taking this loan out on, was taking me to court when I contacted that company they said they sell the old debts and dont keep track of where they go. Its up to me to find that out, I also got a hold of my county sherriffs office and there was no such summons existing I talked to a Mr. Patrick O Reily.....who gave me the name of the Company as CCS and that if i were to pay this debt off it would show up as Northewst something LLC.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.... Cancel your Credit Card NOW!!!!This places is a SCAM. If they Know your county Know your D.O.B and your last four of SS then they can send you you "summons" or whatever they are trying to charge you with. They want you to forfeit your identity so they can use it . Don't verify your info if that had it they wouldn't be asking you where you live. BEWARE........

They are scares don't believe them I have called them too...and they are just lowlifes...saying they were gonna arrest me...to give them 600bucks...f...them
