Getting second call in a few days. How to stop them?

I'm not sure but it looks like agriffin and najee are shill posts..i think there trying to use a scare tactic here..i would be very careful with dealing with these low-life's.
there is 15 states where a pdl is illegal,,go to ask.com and ask where a pdl is illegal and if you happen to live in one of these states you just saved yourself a lot of monies...my suggestion is to pay back the original amount of the loan minus any processing fees and interest.
pdl cannot log on to your credit report and if the stupid pdl takes you to court in one of the illegal states all you have to say to the judge that it is illegal for them to operate in my state and the court will drop the law suit against you and fine them thousands of dollars,,that's why they will not take you to court..
when they give you the monies in one of these illegal states there hoping you don't know the law and usually bout 93 people out of 100 don't know the law and pay back the hugh interest rates and they still make a huge profit the other seven debtors they try to use scare tactics on you.
do your homework on these pdls and be very careful...

What kind of place fires u for getting served papers? if that's true it sounds like you have a pretty good wrongful termination suit but then again, it's probably BS.

Yes, I also received the calls and so did my parents, and my WIFE's parents... They are a collection agency using scare tactics to get you to pay. Denying you owe anything doesnt stop. Seek legal counsel and see what you can do to stop them. If they are legit then go to court and fight them. It seems to me that you need to either be served by a process server or a county sheriff to be legit. What happened to certified letters? Calling my parents and in-laws is ignorant if you ask me. Maybe someday I can actually get something in writing saying who I owe what to, but haven't yet..

got a call from a man name paul mcclain said that they are sending a process server to my job if i didnt pay back payday loan from atlas money online. is this real company do any know before i pay.

Received a phone call with this number at work, they left a message saying they have a charges filled against me to contact them to this number, they also had a case number and his name is James Bail, they harass people at their jobs like putting pressure to get what they are pursuing.... I told my coworkers that if they receive another call from them to hang up on them!

You were actually served and fired?  That sounds like they are legit!  When they first started contacting you, did you ever call them back and find out why?  Would it be in my best interest to call back and at least verify the information?  Please let me know.

Received a call to my cell this morning from a lady named Ashley Davis.  She too called threatening to serve me either at my job or my home and she stated my home address.  I have not called the number back but I will say that she did not at one time, state where she was calling from or why.  Only that a complaint had been lodged against and that I have been notified.  Something about a summons to appear in court and that if I wanted to settle the matter out of court, I could call 855-856-2651 and speak with the plaintiff.  Who is the plaintiff?  Do you know?  Does anyone receiving these calls know who the alleged plaintiff is?  She even stated an alleged file # to me.  Have you been given a file # in any of your messages that were left for you?  Should I call her back?  I believe I will contact the agent I am working with at the FBI and my attorney first.

These jerks served me a summons at work and i was fired for it.  I am going to countersue that company and the company that fired me.  This has to be illegal in california and i can't wait for them to take me to court!!!

Don't know who is this calling me they don't say a bussniess name they just say they issue me a formal complite and say good luck after the phone call... I would like to know who the heck is this company and why they calling me from an unknown number and never state a bussniess name...

Received a call from this number stating they are calling me for bounced checks. Called the number back and talked to an attorney by the name of Paul with Allstate Litigations, He stated I took out a payday loan with Sagamore Payday Loans in Nov.2009 and my bank account was closed and they couldn't get their money out. The reason why my bank account was closed because this company kept taking more money than they where suppose to!! The attorney threaten me with a summons to appear in court and it would be delivered to my JOB!! I told them to go ahead that I wanted to appear in court so I could beat their a** for making my account go into the negative for taking unauthorize money.. Has anyone heard of this Law Firm? The number they called from was 855-856-2651.
