The Huntington Firm has called me several times DEMANDING that i pay a settlement if not a processor will serve me with papers. The account that the are speaking of has be written off. I am not paying a dime they can forget it! They are very rude and will share your private info with your family without your prior consent. They betta be glad I don't stay in NEW YORK or wherever they are located the jerks!

Okay, I received the phone call earlier today, but it was regarding my father. The man said that My Dad has charges and a claim filed against him. After an hour of fighting with the man, demanding why I was receiving a call regarding this and what my father "did", he finally refused and it ending up in me hanging up on him. Seeing this makes me believe it was a collection agency using an ADR firm as a front.

I just recieve the same call! The last digit on the phone number was different it was 855-856-2651. This lady left a simalier message. She stated that I was going to be served with legal documents. "They" are filing charges against me but she did not state what the charges areor who is going after me. Only that they are searching for me to serve me papers, a summons she states. I have not called the number back yet but decided to google it. At the end of her message she did state to me that I should consider myself legally served! Which I agree with Sherry is ilegal and can not be done over the phone. They have even called my work after they left a message on my cell phone. They where pressuring my co-worker for informaiton about me and where I could be found etc. Of course she did not give any info about me to the lady which is great. But what is there problem!! Places like this should not be allowed to harass you!!

I received a phone call from a female who did not acknowledge who she was representing.  She stated that she was processing legal documents against me, and that I must return the call.  She stated that I  should consider myself legally served.  I have checked and found that I can't be "served" over the phone; so, I know that this is not true. I called the number and spoke with a "gentleman" and found out that the name of the company is "Huntington" and they are an "ADR" firm.  I asked that they not call me again.
They still continued to call me.  I thought that this was against the law.  
Businesses like this should be shut down.
