JUST RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS AS A SCAM. First Number was 623-321-5210

Seconds later was: 844 216 3822

Claiming that I had complaints filed against me, and that would determine why I haven't receieved legal documentation yet... Its a SCAM.

Received a phone call from my mother in law that someone was looking for me. Noticed that I had a message from my mother , and she received same phone call. Called number, and a man named Jerry Coleman threatened me with charges. Saying I took out a loan  in 2009 at a pay day loan company. He used my maiden name that I have not used in 20 years. Told him that I would not give out personal info, and was calling family attorney. Never have taken out any loans at any payroll company. He barked up the wrong tree.Numbers used were 972-248-9121 Dallas Texas and the other was 623-321-5210 out of Phoenix AZ. If you receive a call from this company claiming to be Ebeneezer and Associates call and complain. Save all info that you can get from them. REPORT IT!!!!!!

(unreadable) & that she wanted to make sure she got the address correct as next step was formal complaint w/Moyer ______
Court (again unreadable) & said they give the complainant an opportunity to contact Plaintiff before hand.  When referring to Court number, #M11362.  Almost called & googled number first.  I thought it sounded like a prank...was a black female, practically yelling into the phone & talking extremely fast.  UNREAL!  (probably on drugs)

I got a call today from THE same number stating someone I know will have Legal action
Taking against them if they don't resolve this issue!!!  

I got a call today from THE same number stating I owe a loan Company ThinkCash.. n that Legal action is going To be Taking against me if I don't resolve this issue!!! So I called ThinkCash n they have never heard of them!!! So I Googled 8558643196.. n this pops up stating a scam.. n I read u guys stories that sound like mine!! THE woman Saïd her name is Monica Banks!! a woman left a message with My husband stating To call a Davis' woman n they kept telling me she is n a meeting!!!

I got a call today as well at my work and also on my cell phone. Some guy by the name of Mr, Brown stated that there was a complaint against me and that I needed to call 855-864-3196.  I called the number to find out who the company was and the message said Ebernezer and associates.  Who are these scammers and what do they want?  

Just got a call on my voice mail (at work no less) that someone (they even had the wrong name of the person) used me as a reference and if I "still know him" to have him call this number. Umm, why don't they try call him? How did they get my number? And a reference to what? I got no explanation, only that if I know him to give him their phone number.  They didn't say what company they were or what they were calling about or anything. No information at all. So annoying. And I've never heard of the companies above that people are mentioning either! Ugh!!!! That's why I don't answer the phone!!!

States that I got a loan from money mart back in2008 and never repaid loan. Threatening legal action against me. Calling all family members and place of employment. Also, that I will be served at place of employment. Never used this company nor heard of it!

Recd a call - unidentified number .  Person left a message that there was a complaint against me, and that they were verifying the correct address.  I was told to call this number and reference a file #....  Was going to call, but then I got a call from  family member and they got the same message.... What a scam!!!

calling all members of family, no caller id, threatening legal actions from Money Mart.  Company I never heard from or used.

No identification from caller, only leaves messages that charges will be coming against me.
