I had just done a chat with Time Warner and they wanted my name.  I refused as they didn't need it to answer a simple question.  I closed the chat and within the hour I received a phone call from this number.  Rang once and no message, then hung up.

this is time warner cable/internet company

it is from a toll free number.  call them back from a land line  a dozen times for every time they call you.  put your phone by the tv speaker and let them listen  to you.
They pay for the call, whoever they are.

finally got through to a "supervisor". the name of company is "offer wire", located on the island of Dominica.  They take calls for different cable and phone companies. told her i wanted the name and address of their attorney of record, so they could be served with a cease and desist order, as well as a subpoena to appear in court.  she said she did not have that info but promised i would not be called again.  we shall see.

nice that it is a toll free number.  put them in my autodialer and set the phone by the tv speaker.  let them pay for a couple dozen calls.  they called me five times in 15 minutes
