"Monica Hardy" called me today and left a voicemail saying she had "several matters" regarding my husband that were being filed with the court. Doesn't she know she cannot leave voicemails of this nature? How in the world would her office have "several matters" concerning my husband, much less one? Really want to teach people like this a lesson...don't like the bullying tactics. Have been hassled before and am assuming this creep is from the same group that loves to bully, badger, harrass and threaten people all over the country into sending the money because they're afraid and embarrassed. This needs to stop!!

I received a phone call this morning from a woman who said her name was Monica Hardy who said she was from the Harris County District court. She left a voicemail asking for a man named Tony Summers (I'm guessing on the spelling of the names, since it was a voicemail), notifiying him that he had some formal complaints filed against him this morning. She said he had a right to contact the plaintiff at this number: (855) 867-0686.

I don't know who Tony Summers is, and when I called the Harris County District court, they didn't have a Monica Hardy listed on their directory.
