These people always call with three or four different names for this company..this time it was vav solutions...the other bab solutions...come on this is a collection agency of some kind ...but they won't stop when i tell them that that person doesn't live here but will i give that person a message ... they got me bent..how can you give someone a message when you don't even know that person!!!

I spoke with a Pete Libo or something like that.  He was actually very nice compared to other agencies I have dealt with.  He was very helpful so I thought it was only right that I express my appreciation by saying that this company is very professional when you speak with them. He offered me a payment arrangement I could really afford and was never anything but nice when he explained everything to me.

I was surprised when I spoke to Mr. Velasco.  He was actually really pleasant to speak with and rather than being pushy he explained my options and forward me to the website to put me at ease.  He also sent me a letter confirming our arrangment.  He offered me a settlement i could not refuse. I have had to deal with a few collection agencies and this was definitely a positive experience compared to the others.
