Just received a call from UNKOWN. Why do they always say good luck?? Left a message on my work then called my cell. Said they are process server with state of Michigan. I asked what's your number and name of your company. She wouldn't give it to me, Ms Brittany Williams. Then put her supervisor on the phone. He kept saying they don't have a company name. So I said need something to verify you are legit and to file this info with a federal complaint I have launched. Then he kept saying what's your address I said well if you are coming to serve me you should have it. Kept saying I an resolve this via payment. Kept getting smart and says you will be served then hung up in my face.

I've had the same phone call. From more than one company lately. It's a good thing people have been posting about these calls. I almost fell for it because they had personal information of mine but their story was incomplete and they weren't willing to send me paperwork to prove it. One of them said they would email it to me by 7pm. Never happened. I'm going to change my number soon if I don't stop receiving these calls.

Same drill....charges being filed, you have 2 hours to call, one of them claimed to be the Sheriff's department. One of them claimed to be at the courthouse at 8pm I think. I wonder if I should go down to the police station and report this. The FBI may also be interested. There are plenty of people out there being taken advantage of by this fraudulent company.

I got the first call 03/05/13 from Christopher Walker, second call from Agent Wiiliams 03/15/13 @ 1-855-748-2869, and the 3rd one was today 03/18/13 @ 1-855-869-7012.

I've had these people harassing me with the same messages. Has anything ever come from the threats you guys have been receiving.

Verbatim what I heard all the way down to the fake name used " Kimberly Watts". Unknown Caller, no company name given and call back number @ 1-855-823-1672. These scumbags will go right on doing this until reported and caught by legal officials.

All the call back number is is a recording that the person at ext. 347 is on the phone...lol...phone must be permanently attached to the head because I called for a solid hour and a half, same recording every time...BS SCAM ..don't fall for it

The lady Kim left the message on a general voicemail. Said the message
is for me then states fraud and investigate and instead
of saying my name anymore she refer to me as she. And says to advise
me of the message. She is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

This is the message I received this morning from an "Unknown" number.  I researched the return number and see these people are BOGUS.  It's a scam.

They called and left a message stating they are going to pick up me and my sister up and good luck!! Lol

I know what you mean she called me back 3 hrs later stating I will have a summons out by Monday! I told her ok...
One thing is I told her was the sister to me, she still gave info abt the acct & she finally snaps and says if your not her why am I giving all the information.

I also told her that my sister doesn't have a bank acct and if you could send me an address where she can mail a payment to you she said no and that they only accept payments using cards..

I just received a voice message from 855-868-7012. The lady stated that I am being
Brought up on fraud charges and the police will be sent out to my house and employment.
Also that I have 2 hours to contact them or good luck. I don't even know who this company is. Has anybody spoken to this company? Weird that they call unknown and don't leave the name of their company. Also they say I will have a failure to appear in court. How is that if you are stating that you are going to have the police serve me with a summons today? So so lost

Received a call from ACS saying I am being sued. They didn't say anything anymore. They threatened me that they will come to my house, place of work for the summon. And that is their final call or I will be served.They sound so trained in fooling people, but you'll know because they sound fishy. Be careful with these type of people, sounds like people born in hell. Good thing, the end of the world is near..these people will gnash their teeth in fire. To Hell they belong.
