The caller asked for me...
First call, an anonymous man left a message on my sisters cell phone to call the 855 number and he left a SC# (maybe account number) and said it was the county clerk.
Second call, he called my brothers phone (my brother has a new cell number) and the caller said he is trying to serve me papers for a lawsuit. The address he said he was trying to serve me at is my parents and I havent lived there in over 10 years!
I havent received a call from this number or any paperwork about a lawsuit.

Got the same call today. Caller ID said Private Number - claimed to be process server and provided this number and ref ID. Looking for my husband and would not give me any information. I told him to bring it to the address he has. Not the first time they have called but still no papers served. I can assure you my husband is not wanted for anything civil or criminal.

Next time, tell him your address and say, "I will be waiting". This is a scam, do not provide them with any information. I just called the same number, he wanted me to provide my full social - DID NOT, and kept asking for a reference number. I believe it is a call center only.
