They called my wife at home and said they couldn't tell her any details about what debt I owed, but it was time sensitive. She called me at work, so I called them on my Verision work cell phone. When I called, the prompt said to dial the extension or zero for operator. I hit zero, the got transferred to someone that didn't way a name. Just the average "Hello UNCI" So I said "Hello" back. Then she caught a clue and asked for a case number. Hmm... odd that they would know I was calling with a case number. ( YC171 ) Just for all you others that might get the same case number. She transferred me to some guy in a small empty room with someone else. (Two people coughing and the horrible echo.) This guy just says "Hello". I'm like her we f*cking go again with this bullsh*t. So I tell him that someone called my wife and told her to have me call them. He asked me my name. I told him my "case" number. Then he told me my first and last name. I asked him to verify the middle initial. He couldn't. He claimed it wasn't on the record. He said there was only one way to verify the account by giving him part of my SSN and he would give me the rest. So I gave him my middle two numbers and he read back all of my social. Woow! like someone couldn't do that with some online service by using your first and last name and state your calling from. Since they already called me. The service costs about $60 a year, and $15 for each transaction to look up the SSN. Then he starts to tell me that he is just the middle man in a court case against me to collect a $700.00 debt for Verision service that I stopped paying on back in 1999. I was calling on a Verision phone, hmmm coincidence. Hmm.. I was living with someone else's at that time and would have not needed a cellphone or service. He claimed that I had made several years of payments on it but stopped paying. Hmm... I just got out of the military in 1998, so how the hell could I have had a cellphone and been paying on it for several years if I was in the military. He said that because it has been an unpaid bill they were taking me to court if I didn't do something about it now. HE said that if I turned to page 3 of my court summons it would clearly show the debt. Hmmm... magically he knew I had one, which I didn't and when asked to send me the summons, he couldn't do that because he was just a collections agent. WTF??? I asked him to send me an itemized bill for the charges. Again he said he was just a collections agent. I told him to go ahead and send me the court summons and when he send it, he can put the itemized bill in there for me too. He said I have an account number of 753 blah blah blah blah. Hmm... just a bit fast talking and a very long number for an account number. I told him again to send me the itemized bill with the summons and I'll deal with it. He said "Ok man, you'll be going to court over it.". Funny he didn't ask my address so he could send me the summons. If I get the summons I'll post it here.

Ive been getting the same calls. and cant ever call the number back for some reason.....feels good to know that theyre a scam.

They never left a voicemail on my phone just everyone else's  saying. My family owes 10k for some auto loan
Back in 2007 (which we never bought a car in 2007) if it's not paid in full within the next 24 hours you'll be served the next call not even a hour later
Your being served today, and no one shows up ahead and serve me I'll be sure to sue you for harassment and threats

I got a call yesterday from Dave Lucas stating he would be at my work between 12-5 today with papers and I needed to have a vaild ID on hand.  Told me to call 855-875-2514 to get them to issue a stop order. I checked this site yesterday and saw it was a scam so I relaxed until he called again today saying I was on his schedule and he hadn't received a stop order as of yet. He also threw in my brother and mothers name.
Since he chose those names and not my husband, I am pretty sure he got his information from a pay day loan company I used once about 3 years ago. Which was paid as well. Anyway his call today came from "pay phone" which clued me not to answer it, because where are there pay phones anymore, so obviouly he is trying to make it seem like he's on his way over and hopes I'll get scared and call that other number. Sorry Dave. I won't be intimidated. Only call i will make is to the police if someone shows up here.

The exact same thing just happened to me right now!!!! The problem is this just happened last month and I paid $400.00 to a company just like this. They debited my account and never sent me the paperwork on how this company exist or who really wrote the bad check. This guy Kevin is a jerk and hung up on me! I think this is a scam. I have friends that are attorneys and a family member that works for the state and looked up my file and no action was filed against me.

I recieved a phone call today from a guy that was from this number he said he was going to serve me papers tomarrow and that I needed  a witness there when i sign the papers.  When he called it was a restricted call and when he left the voicemail he left this number with a file number.  When I called back I talked to a Guy by the name of kevin west he told me they needed half of the money today and the rest in thirty days when i told him i didn't have that kind of money he said to barrow it from someone and call him back in an hour. I never called back

Msg left on my home phone saying "This is Don Harris, courier.  I have some important documents that require your signature.  I will be coming by your place of employment and your home to acquire your signature".  The msg also said something about a claimant and a docket number.  I don't know whether to tell the person the msg is for because I don't know it it's real or not.

I recieved calls from this company over a year a go and never answered the call.  No one ever came to my job or to my home and the calls stopped in abou a month.  they just started calling again and it is nothing to worry about. A real process server will not call to warn you they are coming. They will just show up and trick you into telling you what your name is and then stick the papers in your hand.. If you take the papers and say your name, then you have been served

I have gotten a call at work 2 days in a row from Dave, who states he is from a couriers office. He is trying to make an "appointment" with me to deliver papers. He gave me a phone number and case number. I called them and spoke to the agents. He asked for my social number and I would not give it to him. I threatened that I would turn him over to my attorney if they kept calling at work and refused to give them my SS number. I am tired of the calls at work and this dude pretty much stalking me. He says he has been by my residence three times and he continues to call my work. He is now "delivering" the papers to my office. We will see if he shows....

I also received the same voicemail today!!! And I also lived in Ohio for 27 years, up until a year ago. Wonderingif it's a coindence or if somehow sensitive info has been violated? This really is harassment and very annoying!!!!

Hello, I have received a call from someone who called Private, and left 1-855-875-2514 and a file number for me to call. They stated they will be serving me paper work at my job or at my home to make sure I receive the papers, and I would need a witness to sign them too. I called and tried to work out a payment. They would not accept my payment arrangement, but told me what they would accept. I just wanted to know; if there is anyone I could report this too, I live in Ohio.

These ppl call me all day everyday and leave the same 855-875-3514 callback number and file #  and threaten to come serve me papers the next day and this has been going on for abt 2 wks everyday and they are even calling my husbands cellphone all day everyday. this is absolutely harassing and uncalled for and I think we should be able to sue them for pain, suffering and especially harassment.

Has anyone been served by these people? I heard that it is a debt from Impact Cash or Spot On Cash

I had the same thing happen to me.This guy keeps calling telling me that he has papers to deliver to me.On the voice mail he says his name is matthew and that he works for the county.

I just got home and found a message on my answering machine.  He said, his name was Tony and that he was going to serve me with papers this afternoon at 4:00pm.  He said to call the above name with a case number that he gave me.  He said to also have a vaild former client deed, I don't even know what that is.  I don't owe anyone anything, so I don't know why their calling me.

Where is this company located?  I got a call from them today and don't appreciate this crap!  I have the recording and want to report their butts.

Company called my work. Call the number 1-855-875-2514 with the case number, asked what this was about, they stated they needed my last four number of my ssc, told them that I would not give this out, they stated with out that they couldnt disclosed what this was about, told the gentleman if they have the case number they don't need my ssc and that they should be able to tell me what this is about, when I refused to do that the gentleman told me to have a nice day and hung up. They stated they would be here at 2 today to serve papers.Told them they where a scam.

The gentleman that called me first stated he was from a career place wouldn't disclose his company or where he was from, stated he uses a restricted number and is hired on a contract to call people.

these people have been calling me everyday.. I am getting an attorney.. THIS HAS TO STOP.. IT IS A SCAM.. They call you from different local numbers that have been disconnected.. they leave you a voice mail message that is threatening.. They leave you the 855-875-2514 number to call back.. The lady said her name is Michele Lance.. she said that she will be seeing me to serve me with papers.. she said that Monday, Tues and Wednesday.. also this morning..

This is going on everyday from 9 am to 12 noon.. .. I am getting very tired and I am going to my attorney if I get another phone call from this company or who ever they are!!!   I am recording every voicemail message  that they leave me and I am turning it over to my attorney.. a bunch of creepy scam artists that have nothing else to do with their time..

I got a call from this number yesterday... they wanted the money in 24 hours.. or they were going to serve me with papers.. It scared me.. what a bunch of creeps..

Received a call today leaving a reference number.  My mother returned the call for me and she asked the name of the company.  They told her AAG and that they were an investigative firm.  They had all my info - drivers license number, ss, employer, work number (old).  They then transferred her to another line and informed her it was for a payday loan going back to 2006.  My mother advised them that  all my loans had been paid in full and they asked for a Paid In Full letter.  They asked me to provide them with this letter.  Mom stated there was no such letter that we had had payday loans in the past and never received a letter.  She told them to go ahead and have me served.  She also stated that she was looking at the number on line and it was listed as a scam and they hung up.

Got a call from a Private number stating that he was a process server and that he was going to serve me some paperwork that I need to sign.  He gave me the 855-875-2514 number and a case number to reference.  Called the number and was told that it is AAG legal firm and that I was being sued for something.  I know that this is a scam and when I told the young lady that she got upset and stated that she was going to process my paperwork.  They are just trying to get money from you...all scam artist.

Somebody called my home phone number stating that they are serving me with papers.  Will be reporting them to my private lawyer.  Do not appreciate scam artists.
