Got this phone call fro a Daniel Collins stated he is getting ready to filed legal papers from a client called Horizon. i ask him could he send me the check he stated he could and alson the paper work he is filing he could, i told him i have that right he didn't say anything, So i told him i way contacting my Attorney General. he pause and i hung up so if anyone getting as call from this number 1-855-875-6640 they are a scam.

This outfit is not a real company
they are claiming to be legal services
crooks and scammers

I have been getting calls from 855-875-6640 for several weeks - I have not actually spoken to anyone, let them go to VM.  The calls are quite frequent sometimes 5-10 per day.  The last VMs  I actually sat and listened to all the way through before deleting earlier today were all the same - Guy says his name is Nathan with Check Investigative Services looking to serve legal documents to (name withheld) who is actually a former friend of mine.  He says it's about fraudulent checks from her to pay money per an agreement set up on a case that was settled out of court.  Says very threatening stuff like "further legal action will be taken if you don't contact me within 72 hours" and at the end he always says "Good Luck".  Seems like the messages are partially pre-recorded except at beginning and end I think it's an actual real person talking.  Should I pick up next time and tell them I'm not her or what.  It's really getting annoying but I don't want to resort to changing my phone #.  Any advice would be appreciated.

I have been getting harrassing phone calls from this number.  I have not spoken to the person who has called each time, rather let it roll onto voice mail.  Message indicates they're trying to reach me to deliver legal documents for a signature.  Such an awful scare tactic...each time I get a call like this I end up blocking it.  However, it seems they always recreate a new number and start the whole fiasco all over again.

Real legal servers do not call you, they just show up!

Same as above, multiple messages left for someone other than me by Diane - When I called to tell her she had the wrong number she said STOP LYING TO ME and I said stop calling me, then she hung up. I've set my phone to record should she call again, what she's doing is illegal.

Got a call from 855-875-6640 and let it go to vm. I was from a lady named Diane... hired to find me....wants to meet with me somewhere to deliver me legal documents and obtain my signature. Not sure who she is with, no company name for her or the people she claims to be working for. If these are legal documents, they know where to find me because its not like I'm hiding. Does anyone know who these people are and do they represent a legal operation?

Got a call for this number and let it go to voice mail. The call was for someone else, not even for me! Called them back to tell them I don't know this person, and she called me a liar, got very rude with me, and then told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

I'm getting calls from a record voice "named" Diane from caller ID numbers 855-274-8454 and 855-875-6640.  Read up under both phone numbers here on 800notes.

Same message that I have received in the past couple months but this time it is automated. Anyone else getting calls from this number?
