I just got the same 3 calls last week from number 585-286-1807 Sherily Stein and Sara Miller and number 877-338-8116 coincedently the 2 voice mails left by Sara miller didn't sound like the same person. I asked for all the company information and documents to prove this is real she said she can only fax it. I asked why she couldnt scan and email and she said she just couldn't. I then told her I would be calling the company that I "supposedly" owe to verify this information and to verify this is the group they turned the information over to, she said "ma'am they won't know this information". If they deal with a certin collection company I'm sure they will know the information. She threatened to serve papers and to take me to civil court. They only take debit card information, will not take checking account information. ***DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO, ITS A SCAM!!! **

My friend now tells me that she got the same call weeks ago and the same week she gave her info the cleaned out her bank account. ***IT'S A SCAM!!! DON'T GIVE YOUR INFO***

A sheriff will serve you legal documents. This is a scam!  Todd Morrisson called me this afternoon trying to arrange for a time to "serve" me at my residence or office.  I had someone call me in December, and I fell for the scare tactic. I should know better because I have a legal background.  I know that couriers will sometimes deliver documents for signature.  The lady gave me a number to call and it was related to a payday loan. Trinity Alliance Group LLC is a company collecting money for payday loans.  The company was just set up in May 2012.  They  do not have "validated" documents/agreements in order to collect the money legally. I lost $500! I didn't do the research until the last payment arrangement was about to come due.  I made a stop payment. So when Todd Morrisson called today, I was not surprised. Had the same thing happen the other day. Girl Christine at 708-485-3106 called my mom and husband one day then me the next leaving message to call a different number. 877-726-4653 and the guy Mark was a jerk. I asked him to fax me some paperwork and he said he would only do that after I gave him my checking information to pay. He kept telling me that I had until I was "served" to take care of this.  I tried calling "Christine" and the phone went to a fax number. I'm glad I came across this page, because they had me a little worried.

I received a call yesterday and again today from a Tyler Morrison with the same thing.  Called today saying he would be at my residence or place of employment within a few hours because he has another appointment before mine. That was at 2:30pm.  Why would you go to someone's job late in the afternoon when most people are off work by 4 or 5 pm???
I will be waiting for him.

I received two phone calls leaving a voice message from a Sarah Miller with a call back number of 855-848-1088.  The first time she called was immediately after a Casey called me from a company called "Unified Processors," located in Indiana.  I immediately reported both numbers to the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Yes ,  it is  a scam, they are saying that they have a loan that they bought and are collecting on.  We finally got them to send a fax to us. This guy "Marc Maranzano" sent us a supposed letter they said they sent on June 4 2011.  and then a new letter explaining that we owe an account from Fast cash advance #1 this company does not exist there is no website for it. #2 he said that we took a loan out july 25 2011 (remember the date of the letter) #3 the account # is not the same on the "original letter" and the new one, the file numbers do not match, the balance on the june 4 th letter is 791.36, the balance on the "new" letter is 720.16 . A women called and said she was comming to my home or job to serve me this was a month ago and that I need to make arrangements to pay this loan. We called him and told him to quit calling my job and he is onlyto mail me information. He was so upset that he had nothing to say, what a jerk. We have no loan out, do not make any deals with these people they are not a real collection office.

Has called me 2 days in a row saying they are calling for somebody else other than me.  Says I should contact them and gave me a file # of 284124.  So annoying that they are calling my cell phone!  GET A LIFE LOSERS!  Leave people alone!  Yesterday it said private number then today it said 585-286-1811 in New York.  What a joke!

I think they are attempting to collect ghost accounts.  They have been calling my house  for months now.  Hope it's keeping them busy...

Someone called me and left a message for me to call TAG at 855-876-3778 and said they were serving me if I did not contact them.  This is some shady payday loan collection department who could not scare me in June when they were suppose to come out and serve me back then.  My reply back then was to come and I would be waiting, nothing happened.

Who and what is this company.They called and said that they will be coming over for me to sign papers.I 1st got a call from a private number and she said she was a process server that she will be coming to have me sign papers.I called the number she gave me and they said I had fraud checks.I DONT AT ALL.

These people keep calling I wont it to stop I'm not paying nothing no weapon formed against me shall prosperity who ever you are go get help cause you are going to be caught God sits high and see everything you are being investigated so your day is coming .

I have been getting the same messages... saying they will be coming by my employer today to have these supposed papers signed... today the number that called was 774-422-7210....  Funny I do not work, so have no idea where they plan on going! They also directed me to call 866-876-3778 to stop the order... Sounds like a total scam!

I got the same message on my cellphone, a "Patty Long" private courier is coming to my house or work to  deliver papers which I am supposed to sign. My husband is a stay at home dad with our autistic son and newborn daughter. He is ex-military, and quite imposing. He will refuse the document, and will not tell them my work address. Again, there is no reason why anyone would be serving me papers. From talking to friends, if it is a real subpoena, it is served by an officer of the courts, not a private courier.

I called spoke to a woman who says she is a legal asst,think her name was Shelly,she was not nice at all,asked for file # then transferred me to Mark a supposedly legal dept associate also who could not find any info. My gut says to report them ,they are either debt collectors using their tactics or scams

I got the same message twice this morning.  I had received one similar to it in April and the guy was evasive and didn't have or couldn't give me any information.  I said, well, I guess I will see you tomorrow then.  Of course, I didn't.  No one ever showed up.  The thing is, if you were really going to get served papers, I don't  think they call you first.  I think the element of surprise ups their success rate.  I had taken a payday loan out a few years ago and repaid it, but they were still taking money out of my account so I had to close and open a new one.  They stalk me off and on ever since, so I believe these phones I get are from them.  I think they have a network of shady payday loan places and collection agencies.

Just Got the same message, I however, called that number and left my name and number as well as my supposed case number. Initially, I told the person to loose my number and she called back and left a message.

I also received the same disturbing call from a "Michael Gold" threatening to serve papers at my place of employment. I called this #8558763778 back to inquire on this matter. I spoke to a woman who was very evasive about what was happening. I believe that this is a definite scam. Nobody ever showed up at either my home or place of employment to have me served. In my opinion, these people are contemptible  losers who are trying to bully and harass people for money.

Yup... I am rite beside all of you.  I just received the same phone call from the same number and the same person stating that she was dropping off legal papers for a court appearance.  The number she was calling from was listed on my caller ID as unavailable.  I usually do not answer but when I do I pretend to be someone else, and I am not available.  She stated that I had to call 866 876 3378 to put a stop order on the paperwork, and would appreciate it if the message was given so she didn't have to drive a long way.

Personally, I think that it is a bunch of bull and a scam!!!!

I got a call from an unknown number telling me the same thing. She left the number 855-876-3778 for me to call back with my case number if I want to avoid getting served.They even called my sisters house and left the same message about trying to contact me and needing to serve papers. This morning I received a message from the same unknown number. This time she said that since I was unavailable when she came out yesterday that she will attempt to come to my home and employment again today. No one came to either place yesterday. I will see what happens today.

Is this a scam? A woman named "Christina pack" called me and asked where I wanted to get served at. i asked ehr what she was talking about and she said "I can't open your file, ma'am it's illegal" and i said give me all your info because this sounds bogus. What company do you work for. She said she's independent then told me to call this number and gave me a case number. Looks like it's something that they've been hitting hard the last few days, given the dates of these posts. Anyone actually been served or talked to anyone over there yet?

I got a call from these people on my work voicemail stating that they were coming to my employer or my house because they never received stop orders?  I called them and they said they were Trinity Alliance Group.  I have no clue who these people are.
