A man phoned my employer several times asking for me saying I must call him back leaving several messages with other associates security and various managers that I have a civil pending lawsuit.security informed this man not to call againthis has nothing to do with this business.i have been informed not to call back and do not disclose personal information with this stranger over the phone....ever!

Received a message saying that we had to call them back within 24hrs or legal action would be taken against us and we would have to get legal representation.  We went to the Sheriff's Office to file a complaint thinking that it was a scam.  Come to find out it's a collection agency claiming my wife owes Capital One MasterCard $700.  My wife never had a Capital One MasterCard so now we are going through the Credit Reporting Agencies.  The guy on the phone told us and the Sheriff's Department that they needed to verify our address to send a certified letter and that they would be contacting my wife at her work with a certified letter.  My wife doesn't even have a job.  

I got this exact same call and wheb I asked them for proif of paperwork I got this excuse yo send money first and I said no way.  Its been three weeks and still no paperwork.  Its a scam

Just got the same call / voice msg from blocked number saying I need to call Kenwood and Assoc.  When I called, I was told their name was Pinnacle something or other.  Said complaint was from a bank I never heard of.. needed to verify address and birthdate.  I don't do that over the phone.  They said papers had already been delivered.. NOT!  I told her since I didn't have a clue what she was trying to do, I just wasn't going to worry about it, and she said OK and hung up.  Hmmmm. I believe it's a scam.

I was called by a courier asking if we would be home tomorrow and verified our address.  They said to call Kentwood & Associates at 855-877-6501 today because of "legal papers they needed to deliver.".  They asked for my husband when I called the number and wouldn't give me any information except that they were "Pinnacle Litigation."

Got the same message. My payments are up to date. Scam? The number was blocked, so it made me suspicious.

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc. Real Legal Servers do not call you either before they deliver/serve you with papers.

It's collections. We looked into it last time they called. They never delivered anything to any address. The amount that is in collections is only a couple hundred dollars. Such a pain. It's just scare tactics, because they want you to call and confirm that they have the right contact information. We called back last time and the girl started swearing and yelling at us before hanging up on us. I'm so thrilled that they're calling again.

My message was on voicemail so now im worried it might be a scam and I dont really wanna call back! Cuz if they are calling a bunch of random people then it might be bs... Did they show up I recieved the same call today

I got the same call and they called my relative as well telling them my business. if they show up tomorrow I will serve them with my own complaint for sharing personal information about me with someone other than me.

Just received a call from this number saying that legal documents were being sent to my home tomorrow or to my place of employment if I or my legal representation did not call back in the next 24 hour.  Said he was from legal support services.
