CAN THEY HAVE YOUR LICENSE SUSPENDED?

this  people  keep  harrasing me  telling me the police is going to me arrest me.

This company called me and said that they were northeast credit solution and said i owed 800dollars from a loan and said if i didn't pay it they would take me to court so now im out 800dollars.

They called me and my husband saying there was a warrant for me for check and tax fraud. I finally got them to call me back and found out it was for a credit card balance over $10,000. I have never had a credit with a credit balance over $700. I told them i wanted something in writing and she hung up. She also stated that she was going to have my license suspended. For a debt.. i dont think so

These ppl from NTC started calling my cell for my husband. The first person that called stated my husband owes money to payday loan which he does not. Then I received another call from a girl name Lisa she left a msg on my phone stating my husband owes money to the same ppl. She then stated they filed papers with our county to garnish my husband wages. Well I know for sure leaving that info on my phone is against the law. They should not be calling my cell for my husband he has his own cell #. Then to make threats about garnishing his wages is just ridiculous as hell. I saved the msg and will be filing charges for sure. They also have a different # now 855-808-1170. I'm sure they will change this one to in do time.

Received voice message from above number stating they were NCS company.  Gave file number 489664 asking if payments were going to be made as set up or if there had been any changes.  The man said to call this toll free number and give file number.  Of course in doing my homework there is no such number which led me to this website.  Someone needs to put a stop to this stuff!

Received a call from 877-253-8240. North East Credit Solutions claiming they were going to take legal action

Some one called from North East Credit Solutions and left me a voice mail saying that they had a complaint against me, and that they have my Social and that if they  don't hear from me or my lawyer within the next 24 hrs. they will go to court.

I am posting this as it appears many of you have also suffered the likes of this organization.  I received threatening calls from this Santini as well.  I was intimidated enough I set up a payment plan.  Dumb, I know.

After some research, I found several violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and filed an FTC report.  I also put a hold on the payments.  Today I received a call that the payment did not come through, from this Mike Wagner.  

I disputed the debt and he gave me the phone number of where I could confirm it.  I also explained that I am pursuing civil liability for the bad treatment from Santini and filed an FTC report.  He backed right off.  

I am printing this page for when I pursue these claims.  But I believe I just mainly proved a universal fact: push bullies back and they don't know what to do.

I just got off the phone with these fools, I spoke to Sean after investigator Brandon called me. The number I called and got back was 855-6951312.
He started in with a loan I had never heard of so I asked of Verification of the Debt. He told me the only way he could would be if we made arrangements. I told him no I am not going to until I get that verification. He then gave me some crap about Monday they will be filing a lawsuit and I will get it in the form of a lawsuit. I said again I want verification of the debt and he said I was refusing to pay. Then asked me if I wanted to pay over $5000 or $1000 and which sounded better and blah blah blah
There is a law in Idaho that you can record a phone call if it is to protect yourself, and do not have to tell the caller. I told him I was recording the phone call and about the law and he got meaner.
I am going to be forwarding the recording as well as the messages they have left to my state attorney general. All I can say is wow.. if this is how they practice business and how they treat the people who keep them in business then how do they treat their wives, husbands, kids or whoever when the get angry at them? It takes a man with little man issues trying to compensate for his little physical problems downstairs to talk to people like this.

Why in the heck would a legal courier give a crap about helping me out? They'd just deliver the documents so they can get paid. Also she says to me, "Better hurry, they will only be there another hour" -Really? Nice try scam artists. Obivously this is a way to scare folks out of their hard earned money. Here we are 4 weeks later.

I just received a called from a woman stating she had a sealed legal document and I need to call 855-888-6784 ext 206 regarding it. She didn?t give me her name or anything.  I called the number and talk to Mr. Duke and let me tell you. He was so rude, he told me he was the pimp and I was going to pull 262.00 out my a** and give to him today.  I asked who was over him and he replied God and is he is busy right now.  I was trying my best not laugh but he was so funny. I told him I would give the number to the attorney and he hung up.  This is a scam

Received a call from "not available", "Unknown Number" on my caller ID.  Female left message without her name or who she was representing.  Said she had some "documents to deliver to me within 48 hrs"and needs my address, if I wanted to avoid this "delivery I should call 885-888-6784.  That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.  If you have my phone number, why don't you have my address? And since when to collections wish you "Good Luck".

They claimed they were from the PCS Courier Service. Bunch of scammers!

These people repeatedly call my cell and work number with harrassing and threatening messages. There have been two different people leaving messages claiming that they have been out to my home and nobody came to the door so they are processing it as a refusal to sign or denial of service. The one time I actually spoke to the man, he claimed that he was a courier and had papers to "serve" me. I asked him to clarify if he was claiming to be a process server and he said, "no, I'm just a courier". He then said he already had a refusal to sign on file and when I questioned him about the date, time and address of the supposed refusal he became flustered and angry and said I would need to call the number (855-824-4716) and "make myself available" because they were "coming after me". Yeah, sure, sounds like a totally legitimate business operation. I just wish there was a way to make the calls stop.

I received the same call today ('Restricted' on my caller id) from someone named Dave and he gave me a call back number of 855-824-4716.  He said he wasn't wasting any more gas.  His message ended with a slamming of the phone.

I received a call today at my place of employement stating that he has received a refusal to pay once and hes not wasting any more gas to please call the 855-824-4716  and give some receipt number and they will contact him letting him know I made arragements. Really who are these fools.

This company is using illegal practicaces contact NY attorney general and file complaint

They now have a new# to call them back at.  They have started calling me unknown caller after all there other tactics haven't worked.  They have done the county court thing with me also and have called my daughter saying I was going to be arrested.  Now they are saying that a courier is going to show up at my work and I need to have a witness and 2 pieces of ID etc.  so funny!  They said they were coming to arrest me last time and no one showed up.  The new call back # is 855-824-4716.  so start making posts to that number to.

I was left a message on my work line and called 855-888-6784 ext. 209. I spoke with a man named Mr. Newton. He stated I had a fraud claim against me and that I would be served in 2 days. He said that he is the only one that can help me so that I won't be served. I asked who was going to be serving me and who was filing the claim against me. He told me it was for a cash loan through Cash Net back in October 2009. I told him that I know that I never obtained an online loan. He read me my Social Security number and also told me who I bank with but he stated he could not give me any details about the loan.  He then told me that he was in New York and didn't know who would be serving me but if I paid $$ today, he would stop the claim so that I wouldn't be served. Because I read the postings before me I suggested  to turn myself in to the local sheriff and he quickly told me "have a nice day" and hung up. Do not give any $$ to these people! They are the ones that need to have a fraud claim against them!

Good People! I too have been harassed by these fools as well!!! So here is few tips to help you get rid of them. 1) If You Get A Call From These Idiots From An Unknown Or Blocked Number Let It Go To Voicemail
2) take Down The Names And The number of the extentions they ask you to call back, 3) once you have gotten all the informations make them provide proof of this loan!!! 4) Get Someone to be a Witness to The Call and then if they get nasty with you write it down!!! Then Go To The Fedeal Trade Commissions Website and file a complaint!!! These Fools Are Breaking The Law!!!! A Real Business Has An Address Attached To This Number Ad If You Ask Them For It So You Can Send Them A Letter And They Dont Give It To You Or Threatent You Write It Down And Report The Threat! Using A Phone To Threaten Or Harrass Is A Crime!!!And Believe Me WE Have Rights Too!! Oh And BTW U r A Retard Is Probably The Same Fool That Calls Using Several Differents Names!!

I got a call from Mr. Duke for a week straight trying to bully me into paying a loan back. When you have no money, you have no money! When I told him I was going to contact my attorney first, he got angry and started going off on me. I stopped answering those calls. Now, I just keep getting phone calls from unknown callers saying I need to call this phone number: 855-888-6784 right away because I'm going to be served legal documents in a county I don't even live in, and with a last name I don't even have anymore! This is not how you get debts paid you idiots!

Mr.Duke!  who does not provide his first name have been calling and harrasing me and my family with threatining messages. He claims he is a investigator with (NCS) calls from a cell phone 716 601-3063 stating that he has a important matter to speak with me about. He then threatens to say he will be calling my Resource Dept after leaving the message stating that he will be sending a transcript to the county court. He left a call back phone numer 1-855-888-6784.

Total Scam and he needs to GET A LIFE!!!! and leave others alone.

I have no business with this company. They called my ex-wife to find me. We have been divorced since 1982. If it is such a big real hoow did they not know. not to mention we live 5 states apart. Can you spell fishing?
