DId a little searching, this number and alot of other numbers seem to be stemming from the ACS group,
they operate by scare tactic scamming. Look them up and investigate! I am an elderly widow. They called me and said there was a warrant for my arrest for hot checks, and gave me a so called case number, and threatened that if I didn't pay they would send an officer to arrest me. Do they think we consumers are stupid? I called my attorney general and also the BBB and made a complaint through both of these entities. I talked to my bank and they confirmed that my account was secure, that no checks had been written in my name for said specific time period.  
I am here to tell you to fight back as a consumer, don't be susceptable to their scare tactic to prompt fear into action of paying some lazy scammer alot of YOUR money that you DON'T owe him. Report them, their phone numbers and situations to your local state attorney general's office, the FTA, the BBB, and sites like these so that others are also warned. My bank also told me that they probably wouldn't answer if I called them back, and they haven't because they know I've been investigating the truth to the information they gave me. We have to remain the level above scammers, change the target, let's put them in the spotlight. Thank you
