Do not appreciate getting a call mentioning legal docs that need my signature. If this is a joke it's not funny! Especially when your paying your bills maybe a little behind and you are threatened...

I just got a call from this number saying they were looking for someone else, saying the guy they're looking for needs to call to schedule delivery of documents "as required by law in your state" no later than 5 pm on 4/14. I called the number back, and asked the name of the company and was told "Kirkland Management", which brings up nothing on an internet search. I told them the person they want is not at this number, they said they'd remove my number and notify the courier.

Voicemail Threats of being served papers on a specific day. Asking me to call back, telling me I've been "notified".
