Same thing here, called my work place and gave the claim number to my manager. As far as I know a REAL company won't give just anybody a claim number

Received the message with claim number, Bianca Newberry was the rep's name. This looks like another scam.

I just got the same call at my place of business. They talked to my manager and said the same thing.

Guy says he is an investigator and gives you a claim number. He called our place of business looking for one of our employees inquiring about how to serve legal papers. I can't find nothing on these guys. Says he is Investigator Alex Walker. Sounds bogus to me, especially with an 855 number. Sounds like a debt collector.
