Received calls from 2 different agencies trying to collect on the same payday loan...
Tomorrow I will be returning these phone calls with my attorney on the line as well in. 3-way call... I doubt I will be getting a follow up call

CALLED AND SAID I NEED TO COME UP WITH 4000 DOLLARS OR THEY WOULD HAVE ME ARRESTED OR HAVE TO GO TO COURT. SAID IT WAS A PADAY LOAN BACK IN 2009 THAT I OWE, SAID THE LOAN WAS FOR 500 DOLLARS AND THAT WITH COURT COST AND FEES IT WOULD BE 4000 BUT IF I PAY 1000 TODAY THAT THEY WOULDNT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING ELSE.

A Josh Alexander called our office asking to speak to one of our Employees, when i told him she does not work in the office he said he was trying to avoid sending out a Processor to her job and needed her phone number to avoid embarrassment.  I told him she couldn't be found in the office and would be wasting their time.  He asked for her information and i told him i couldn['t give out any info and he should have all her information if he was legit.

A Josh Alexander has been calling my home and threatening to have me arrested and wants info on where to send the paper work. I keep getting calls from all different phone numbers and they are mostly 855 numbers. He says he is from Reynold Hills and associates and when I call the number back it says I have been forwarded to the voice mail of Call Group 2002. After some investigating by my attorney these 2 companies do not exist that is why they are always calling from different cell phones. If everyone keeps posting maybe someone will find out who they really are and do something about it. I am on social security disability and on a transplant list and do not need all the stress this is causing me. If anyone has any other info that they think will help finding these people please post it. Thanks and do not give them any info.

WOMAN CALLING HERSELF INVESTIGATOR SUTTON SAYING THAT SHE IS FROM THE COMPANY REYNOLDS AND HILL AFFICIATES SAYING THAT SHE NEEDS ME TO CONTACT HER OR SHE WILL BE FILING CHARGES AGAINST ME. CALLED HER BACK AND TOLD HER THAT I KNOW IT IS A SCAM AND I WANT THE CALLS TO STOP .SHE THREATENED THAT SHE WOULD SEE ME IN COURT.

I have been getting these calls for quite sometime. Funny thing is my husband is a cop so he knows a scam when he hears it.  I received a call this morning I called back and when I asked what company they were I got put on hold and no one ever returned.  Always check the phone number that calls before believeing what they want you to do.  

For at least the last year, an illegal group of debt collectors have been terrorizing consumers, their family, friends, and employees threatening to arrest the individual of an unpaid loan or other debt (their generally don't even owe). Be aware debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and you can't be arrested. The threaten a warrant if the victim does not pay a sum of money by the credit card over the phone.

Although when pressed the callers give the victim an address in Columbia South Carolina (usually a vacant lot). They are actually out of the Charlotte North Carolina area. The scammers are using the following business names

Berkley and Associates
Kaufmann and Associates
Sanderson Blaine & Associates
McKenzie Reid Associates
Kennedy, Kline, & Associates

Got a call from Bethany Morris asking for information on a family member because there were pending criminal charges against him in Bexar County.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!  Looking to scam people out of money.  Don't fall for it.
