They are scammers they are not Netgear,How do they know that your system has been hacked ,It is all BS they had a screen that shows a name of Midnight Gracie that she hacked your system,When i asked him he said we monitor all Netgear Boxes which is not possible for net gear to do that , But ii was ill and so tiered that i listened to him and typed logmein123.com so he can access my system,I never do theses things know all the scammers ,This gang is Philipinos Two guys playing games on you and telling you so many stories and then after 30 minutes oh you have to pay a one time fee of $399.99 then when you refuse it goes down as law $49 and when i said no he got out fast and hang up on me.
BE AWARE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR SYSTEM UNLESS THEY HACK IT AND CALL YOU .Don't be fool like others and say great service ,I filed a complaint twitch the Law inforecment and will do with the FBI and IRS so they get locked in jail one day this is a Scam and a big Fraud.They hack systems to be able to know what box you are using and your phone when i only have a cell number ,Looks like they hacked my system and got all the info.For this they should go to jail serve a life time sentence .
