My co worker kept getting phone calls and when she showed me I was surprised.  It was the same number that was calling a hundred times a day.  They never leave a actual message.  I answered once and it was blank so I hung up.  My co worker looked into and says it is a scam.  Someone claiming you won a vacation so they can get you information.

they said that it is legal support for people using birth control yaz yasmen and other products.... i dont use this birth control and i am on the do  not call list....... im half tempted to call back to see if i can get through

This is a scammer defensive tactic; it is still spam and should reported to do not call list and even the FBI.

Not sure if it's a coincidence but after telling a telemarketer I wasn't interested and take me off their list I get two calls in a row. This one was just a message stating they were WCAU and they had an important message about a birth control lawsuit.... I get calls from this WCAU with a guys voice and woman's pre-recorded message. I have no idea who this company is. I thought WCAU was a radio station.

I am on a do not call list and I get calls from this number at least 3 times a week. I want it to stop.

The criminals behind this operation do not come to this site and even if they did they would have no intention of removing someone that posts here.
I use this site to pass on information that I have gathered and hopefully it will give some insight into these criminal operations. I'm just a poor ignorant uneducated country boy from backwoods Wisconsin who has received more than 300 calls from these scum sucking criminals.

All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.

It says WCA subscribers.  I answered once and it was a Vacation deal.

I just received a call just a moment ago from these clowns and I am on the DNC list.
they even used my area code but if the caller is not listed in my phone I simply don`t
answer, I googled it and got the info I needed.

I have gone to the website url that you mentioned?over 2 MONTHS ago to ask to be removed. The WCA (and/or affiliates) is data mining listed #'s on facebook! I listed a specific # on my fb acct to see if they were data mining when I "liked" pages. Yep, they grabbed it right off because i only use that # for special instances and it was previously unpublished. They even make it look as if the call is local by ensuring that the area code is the same as where you live so it doesn't appear to be from out of town so you might be inclined to answer! These are not "special product offers" or purchase incentives. They are offering class action suits for medical compensation along with other bogus crap. PLEASE, this is bullsh**

i am telling you what, these a***oles have called me at 6:48 am and as late as 9:51pm and the call come in all day long and it comes on my home and all the cell #s, my son is in college and the # calls him at least 5 times a day when he is in class, same with my daughter, wife & in laws who's lines i take care of   somehow this needs to stop it is total harassment i have contacted my attorney let's see how they deal with that

There's NO reason one should have to go to web site and fill out  a form to be removed from the list that they shouldn't have been on in the first place. Once on the Do Not Call list, that scam company is breaking the law by calling.

Spammers! Don't answer it. Their recording claims to be from "WCA"-- legitimate businesses wouldn't be calling people on the DNC list.
