This call went to voice mail. A woman sneezed three times and eventually hung up. From the accumulated comments for this number, don't answer but if you do, hang up on them first.

I save all such numbers in my phone's address book using the single letter "Z" Whenever a "Z" call shows up on my caller i.d., I simply ignore the call.

Received call from 609-718-1090 Progressive Publications. Woman calling asked for H.R. V.P. She claimed to be calling from Lawyers Claim Service.  The company is Progressive Publications.  They offer "free publications" then after two or three "free" magazines they send a horrendously expensive statement.

Had missed calls from this number for weeks - never left a VM.

Got a call from this number on my work cell phone. She asked who was in charge of safety at our organization. She would not identify herself.

called my work #, got a VM with faint chattering in background.

When I told her our CFO does not take phone calls, she hung up on me.  Nice....you call me and then get rude.

Received a call claiming they were from Woodbury and were sending out white papers on sales tax compliance.  Asked me a few questions but then got mad and hung up when I wouldn't tell her how many employees worked for our company (we don't provide that to anyone).  

Female called and asked for IT mgr. by full name, but didn't ID herself or the company she was calling from. Big red flag. And like most of the other comments on this thread, I put her on hold until she hung up.

Phyllis from Sage (allegedly a software company) wanted to talk to our CFO about ERP systems.  The first time she called, I said he was unavailable, and she decided to try back later.  I then looked up the number from Caller ID here.  On the second go-round, I suggested introducing her company through the Purchasing Department, and she hung up.  Must be the full moon; we're running the gamut of sales calls today -- offshore call centers verifying mailing addresses, real estate agents claiming to be from the Department of Energy, debt collectors, salesmen who throw out a few internal names as fishing bait -- you name it.

856-537-9118- called and asked for the owner by name. the caller id said new jersey. she said her name was daniell and was calling from smu. I put these calls on hold. they usually hang up in 2 to 3 min. Not even enough time to try and track someone down.

Danielle from UPS called and wanted to speak with our CFO. He is not the person that would talk to UPS, so I just forwarded to voicemail. We already use their services anyway so I find it suspicious that she said she was calling "on behalf of UPS". Not sure what she is really trying to call about, but he doesn't take cold calls. We are running a business and don't have time to talk to everyone who cold calls. We get too many in a day.

got a call from this number..not voicemail left nothing. i've been getting these similar calls on my work phone often.

Received a 17 second voicemail of heavy breathing on my work phone from this number.

Received a call from on my office phone from lady requesting to speak with an employee who has not been with our company for 15 years. The caller requested to speak with the accounting manager. She said she was from CFO Daily News calling about "a free weight from Echo Sign" and that the accounting manager would "know what that means". The caller ID showed the number was from New Jersey. The call was disconnected before the accounting manager picked up. No one in our accounting department knows what she was talking about.

Cold call from woman asking for IT manager. Call and was suspicious, so no information was given out. Call was routed to a message box, but no message was left. Future calls from this number will be ignored.

Got a phone call from this number and person claiming to be from UPS asking to speak to our shipping manager.  Hung up while on hold.  UPS knows who our shipping manager is.  This person was not who they claimed to be, at best a scamy telemarker, at worst some kind of scam.

Received a call from this number. Someone named Jeremy called to speak with the owner. I asked who he was affiliated with and he said Echo Sign. I then asked what Echo Sign was, he very nastily told me "He'll know". Owner did not "know". In the meantime while he was on hold, they kept calling on other lines. Got back on the phone with him and told him owner did not know and he proceeded to tell me that h already told me. I responded back that all he said was "He'll know". He hung up. What a jerk!

This person claims to work for UPS and as soon as I said that the person who he was asking for does not handle UPS he hung up.

Just got a call from this number at work.  Didn't answer because of two rules: 1. No caller name 2.  Didn't recognize the number as someone whom I would expect to receive a call from.  Telemarketers are wasting their time calling me, I don't answer.

Yeah this number called me and left a vm.  He said he was Hewie Lewis!

Called asking for me - told them we'd asked to be taken off their call list many times!  These guys are the sleaziest people to deal with.  Avoid at all costs.

Called my job looking for some lady who doesn't work at this location. I could tell it was a call center.

She asked for our CFO. I don't remember where she said she was from but didn't sound right so I look up number. I put her on hold for several minutes until she hung up. Caller ID says New Jersey. Bunch of ninnies.

Spoke to our office manager, some kind of cold call from "Athena Health."

Asked for one of our company owners by name (which could have gotten anywhere). Didn't want to leave a message - so i figure this is a telemarketer. All I can do is put them on my DNA list at this point.

Just had a call from 856-537-9118 asking for the company Controller by first and last name. Caller ID reads New Jersey then this phone number. It was a FREAKING Telemarketer. Sorry Toot's you won't get to the Controller even if he himself picks up the phone. NO ONE HERE TAKES COLD CALLS FROM ANYONE.

Caller said they were calling for Google. Wanted to talk to IT. Was doubtful. Put them on hold. They hung up after 30 seconds.

Caller asked for the IT manager. I asked who was calling: "Cynthia B------ on behalf of Google." I put them on hold to consult with IT as I doubted they were who they said they were. Caller hung up after 30 seconds. Not very committed.
