I was able to answer my phone with the above number; they knew my name, said they were calling re: The Fresno Bee, wanting a survey, or money re: education.  I declined and she kept talking. After yelling "NO", she hung up.

This number called about 7 times for three days that I was at home working. I didn't answer because it is not number I recognized. They never leave a message. So I looked it up online and found they are telemarketers. Does anyone out their now a way to block these calls???

please stop the calls that come in every 20 minutes from 1-856-627-1792.  There should be an FCC program where we can report this nonsense so they can track whoever is making the calls and make them pay hefty fines.  If cyberstalking and such is illegal, these type of calls should also have enforceable punishments.  I noticed online that many people throughout the country are also experiencing constant numerous calls from this number.  If I knew the name of the caller company, I would not be here writing this but would contact them myself.  I called the number back several times and it rings and rings and rings.  Immature cowards.

i spoke to someone on 4/4/2013 about calling me on a number which is connected to a heart moniter. this need to stop. it messes up the monitoring ansd i have to reset it.i am really ready to start a class action lawsuit for the do not call list. i am sure i can get people to join in thank you

Called me late at night, nobody on other line, called them back with my number blocked, recorded message says they don't accept calls from blocked numbers, tells you they're up to no good

Received a call from this number at 11:47am CST. Unable to answer. No message left and when I tried to return the call I received a message stating that memory was full.

I have been receiving at least one call daily from this number, identified as coming from Laurel Springs, NJ.  When answered, nobody responds though the line seems to be open.  A return call to this number was not answered.  Very annoying.

Calls several times a day. Very annoying.  Called this morning.  I called them back and got a recording.  I left a message for them to put me on "Do Not Call" list.  We'll see what happens.

It's a political poll against Gov. Mitt Romney (push-poll). When I asked who paid for the poll they hung up. Telepoint Communications is the call center. I've reported it to Romney's campaign office in Tallahassee Florida since I live in the Orlando area.

...I forgot to add: so in other words it doesn't matter if you are on the "do not call" list, because you are registered to vote and they are getting your number off the registered voter lists.

Started to receive calls from this number. I have C.I.D. and do not answer such calls and they will not leave msg. As others have said "IT IS VERY ANNOYING"!!!!!

They called claiming the were from a national clearinghouse and to let me know that debit charges on my debit card (which I don't have) will be going up.

When I repeatedly asked how she got my phone number, she continued to read from the prepared speech in front of her.  When I was finally able to get a word in edgewise and asked for her supervisor, she put me on hold and the phone was disconnected on their end.

Caller ID said they were Telepoint Communication.

Called @ 3:12pm, left no msg. I am just going to wait for the 'Do Not Call' ban to go into affect and see if they leave me alone.

i've been recieving calls from the number as well and tried telling me the only way the number was calling me was to speak with someone about a job opportunity.  i said i was not interested, and that i lived in wisconsin.  she then said she'd take me off the calling-list so hopefully that will stop the calls. i clearly asked if they were a telemarketer, and she replied that this comany is.  and i mentioned how i was on the do not call list.

does anyone know the supervisors name at telepoint? I had a terrible expereince and no one will give any information. I have a first name of Deborah and that's all. Another top supervisor refused to give me even her first name. This is a red flag on what kind of company this is.

I refuse to answer any calls from that company as I see whose calling on my caller ID.  If they won't stop I will report to the no call agency to stop them.

Got this call last night 2/28/08.  They wanted to do some survey for a chiropractic office.  They asked if anyone in the household had back pains and he said yes, the dog does.  The lady informed him that they do not treat dogs.  He acted upset and hung up on her lol.  Hey, they wanna waste our time, it serves them right to get their time wasted as well!

I have received several calls. If you Google the phone number, you will see the Telepoint sight.

Their toll free number is 888-550-1070...maybe everyone can call them on their dime. If enough people call them, they may learn to leave a mssg as most professionals do.

I don't answer strange calls that don't ID themselves, ever!

I got multiple calls from this number today. I answered all of them and no one answered on the other line. I was hung up on every time. The last call was just a few moments ago and I could hear giggling women in the background. I repeatedly tried to get their attention and was then hung up on. I called the 7100 number and spoke with someone named Robin who identified herself as the night manager. She said the calls are regarding the Hillary Clinton campaign. She said I would not receive any more calls from them. We'll see...

My Sunday morning call from this sleazy company ladened with drug users and sellers (a supervisor and a few employees there - 6 in all were busted for selling slightly off the premises) was a political call.  Too bad the campaign staffs don't do diligent research into companies they hire as more Web pages are devoted to this company than most others that annoy us.

Bottom line: after reading the government page and if you find that the marketer is not in compliance with the rules you can walk into any county court and file a small claims action against them and ask for statutory damages. I do not think judges are allowed to deviate from the award (give you less).

A word: getting a judgment is one thing.  Collecting is something else altogether whether the company is located in your state or many states away.

Oh, and for any political org. reading this - I will NOT vote for your candidate or issue, even if I am a supporter, if you constantly call my home or business or use incompetents like this company.

How do you block annoying phone calls from 856-627-1792. Who is this? How can I make them stop? I thought that I was on the blocked calls list but apparently not. Help!
