I've never had an account with t mobile.....but they insist on calling anyway.

I called 877-819-6042 only to go in circles by an automated system. I called (856) 672-3397 and it was the same. When i tried the 1-800-tmobile number, it was the same, the other numbers are simply forwarded to it.

It seems like a company about to go out of business, as thats how it appears to me. They dont seem to care about anyone, just getting what they can, from anyone they can,as long as they can.

After more calls from this number, i decided to call them back. I was automatically taken to an automated system that only asked for an existing account phone number or if i wanted a new one. I decided to be as persistant as they were and after about 10 calls to both numbers, i realized its was only a sales gimmick to get you to call T-Mobile in hope of a sale or something.

Also i found out 856-672-3397 and 877-819-6042 both simply forward you to the 1-800-T-MOBILE  (1-800-866-2453) number, so its pointless to call that number.

I've never used T-Mobile and my name isnt Michael.  i think its just someone 'phishing' for T-Mobile users account info. Dont call back !!  If your a T-Mobile user, call 1-800-T-MOBILE  (1-800-866-2453)

After my mother received multiple calls from different numbers from T mobile, I decided to call them back to tell them to stop calling.  They were calling and leaving messages for another person even though I have a plan with AT&T.  I spent 10 min on the automated service (which was horrible) and then was finally connected to a representative.  The person I was speaking to had a heavy accent and I could not understand her.  I repeatly asked her for a different person to talk to, but due to her stupidity she continued to talk to me.  I asked for a supervisor that I never got to speak with.  After about 20 min of dealing with a complete idiot on the phone I was finally transferred to another representative.  This person also had a heavy accent, but I was able to understand most of what she was saying.  Another 10 min went by and then she was asking me for my social security number.  That was it, I let her have it - if I don't have an account through T mobile why would I give out my social?  Finally, she told me that I would no longer be receiving the phone calls.  After all of the issues, I will be telling all of my friends and family not to use T mobile as a provider.  Beware of the people who call you from this number and never give out your personal information to those you don't know.

i think it is tmobile... calls all the time.. it's annoying. no message.. just call.
