DO NOT PAY THESE IDIOTS LOL...THEY ARE A DEBT BUYING AGENCY THAT CAN DO NOTHING TO ANYONE...ANY LEGAL STATUE THAT THEY HAD EXPIRED 2 YEARS AFTER THE  LOAN WAS WRITTEN....2ND OF ALL...THERE IS A THING OUT THERE CALLED THE FDCPA...LOOK IT UP :) THEY CAN NOT CALL YOUR HOME AND DISCLOSE ANYTHING ON A VOICEMAIL TO YOU, YOUR MOMMA, DADDY OR OBAMA FOR THAT MATTER....SURE THEM...YOU CAN....GOOGLE FDCPA AND GET SOME MONEY :)

I did just today and I called it back because they said they were contacting my local courthouse to have me summoned, they wouldn't give me anything in writing and said I had to pay a payday loan from 2007 that I had no idea of- I asked for something in writing so I could work to make restitution if this was in fact my debt but he said they already sent a letter (to an address I haven't lived at for years) and they had no legal responsibility to send me anything further. They said if I don't pay today I will have a court ordered summons for my appearance in regards to this debt?!? After looking them up with the bbb I have decided that I'd rather get Simmoned to court than give someone money that I don't know and I can't guarantee is even my debt.

Has anybody else recieved a call from this number? is it a scam?
