Call received and no one would answer as I said hello, phone went dead!

I just tell them I drive a 1975 AMC Matador with leaking headlight fluid, dumb a***s fall for it then say my car is too old.

These car warranty people don't like to deal with older cars. Just tell them this is your only car and you use it for driving to work each day over some really rough roads. Pick a brand (if you know a bad one pick that otherwise keep it simple like Ford, Chev or Dodge), it has to be 10 - 15 years old but not too old like 20 or more and a slightly high milage for its age (how many miles do you travel a year times number of years). If they ask if anything is wrong with it tell them about the funny steering or the leak from the engine - something expensive and you hoped to get it fixed under this warranty. Then ask them if it will also cover the big rust spots on the fenders. If they havn't hung up yet ask if they also sell car insurance because you've had numerous speeding tickets and a DUI in the past year and insurance is getting hard to find. At this point they often just put you on their DNC list without you having to ask and no more phone calls. Sounds kind of childish but they initiated the call so don't feel guilty wasting their time.

I just got a call. Same deal with the warranty. I did just put my number of Canada's National "Do Not Call" list today. Seems a bit fishy...

same , would not give info, and vehcile was 90 and newer  sounds like a scam

something about a second notice about a factory warranty-I hung up immediatly
