Got the same thing, reporting to postmaster. Permit number has changed to 4113, but phone number is the same.

I GOT THE POST CARD IN THE MAIL TODAY AND DECIDED TO CHECK IT OUT BEFORE CALLING. OFFER WAS $500 IN GROCERIES, BUT IT WAS MAILED FROM BULK PERMIT 4113 FROM CHICAGO. GLAD I CHECKED INTERNET FIRST.

Wish I would have checked this first! After calling and being told it would only cost a dollar and then being told I qualified for something else that would only cost a dollar. Forty five minutes and what I thought would be $6.00 later ended up being $62.96, two insufficient fund charges and an international point of sale fee.
Yes, I got sucked in. Being on disability, $500 worth of groceries would have been nice. Thank goodness my bank is helping me dispute the charges.
If something's too good to be true, it usually is.

I asked if I could borrow his debit card and I'll share 1/2 of my 500. $'s in groceries... He said no sorry can't do that.. So I politely told him his mother should be proud of his job.. and a few extra words not so polite..

another scam, post card in the mail, offering a $500 grocery gift card. when you try to claim it they will not take a prepaid visa card, it must be a bank debit or credit card for the "$1" processing fee. Operator became quite angry when I would not give him a credit card number or debit card number, insisting that i call a "family member right away" to use their card.
A lot of people are calling because it was quite difficult to get through on the number.
Reported it to the local police who directed me to the post master.

POST CARD MAILED FROM CHICAGO, ILL, WITH MAILING PREMIT CHECK WITH THE U.S. POST OFFICE AND FIND OUT WHO RECORD HOLDER IS BULK PREMIT 592. THEN MAIL TO U. S. POST OFFICE FOR MAIL FRAUD.
THIS IS FRAUD OF GENERAL PUBLIC AND U.S. POST OFFICE WILL NOT LET FRAUD ESCAPE.
DO YOU PART AND REPORT IT NOW.
