This number has called my home at around 8pm every evening.  When a male answers the phone the person quickly hangsup...

This number has called at twice a day for the past week and again today (Sunday afternoon). When called back -- always engaged.

They say they are from the Melrose police and they ask for a donation --- $20.00--- which they will pick up.

Rec'd multiple incoming calls.When a male at my house anwers the call, the call is 'dropped'. When a female answers, they id themselves as Melrose police, and ask for a twenty dollar donation, which they will pick up.
