I receive about 5 voicemails a week at my office from a guy with an Indian accent telling me that this is an urgent call and call him back and to reference a case #.  If it's so urgent, why don't you leave a description about the nature of the call?  Very disruptive and annoying!!!!

I was receiving calls from a DIFFERENT number, people looking for personal information.  When I did not provide it, they started with obscenities, and so I hurled them back.  Then came death threats, and so I called the police.  I was informed by the police that if you hit 9 and then hang-up, it sends a message to the callers phone, which removes you from their calling list.  I just received a call from this number, who wanted me to verify information in order to tell me the nature of the call.  The girl said she needed information to divulge that... SO... 9 and hang-up it was.  If they have legitimate business with me, they will tell me up front, without needing any information from me.

Give it a try folks - 9 and hang-up.

Essentially the same complaint as other reports: multiple calls, sometimes more than twice per day, no message, dead air.

Don't worry everyone.  I sprayed some poison gas into my phone when they called again. They died.  No more calls.

Diversified consultants is a debt collection agency out of Florida. They have ZOMBIE DEBT files that are purchased from other companies that sell off rights to uncollected consumer debt for pennies on the dollar. Then they tack on interest charges and try to collect huge profits. The files can be passed through many companies and lawyers who also are in the debt collecting business before it ends on the agents desk who is calling you and me. They will try to get your social security number & other info if you talk to them so they can claim the debt is legitimate and start legal proceedings to freeze your checking account and then take your money legally. We found out that they were trying to collect on a $180.00 phone bill to a wireless company they claimed my teenage daughter didn't pay. She has never had a phone bill in her name, but is on a family plan. We never had a phone with that company they named. It is all misinformation or the wrong person with the same name from another state. With interest and fees they claim she owes them $5,000.00. Do NOT talk to them. Any info they get from you will be used to build a case against you even if you are not the person they are looking for and you never bought anything they said you did. You will have to prove your innocence. I have all the files from all our bills going back 10 years. Do you? And you will need a lawyer to fight it for $3,000.00 or more. These are Zombie Debt SHARKS! Beware!

I AM RECEIVING CALLS FROM THESE 3 NUMBERS EVERY DAY WHEN YOU ASK WHO THEY ARE THEY SAY THEY ARE A COMPANY OUT OF BOSTON MA. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THEY ARE. I AM ON DO NOT CALL LIST. I THINK I WILL SUE.

Same thing I am not giving them anything! It is harassment especially when no one answers or speaks to give information.

I just got one from them and I knew to let it go.  But there has to be a way for us to stop it.  Where is the FCC in all of this?

I aslo receiving calls from these 2 numbers: 857-264-3045 and 857-264-3055 and when I pick up nobody answers and hangups.

Keep getting call from this number and won't answer. Call very early in morning.

I save them all under the title DNA and just ignore them.  Many no longer call.  I think whomever is in charge of the DNC list has sold the list to telemarketers....wish I had thought of that, I could be rich!  Imagine how many numbers are on the DNC list?  If you do answer the call (s) you are letting them know that you will answer so they will try again.  I think we should all call them up at the same time and jam up their phone lines.  I don't know if that would do anything or not but it sounds like fun.  Or do answer when they call and put them on hold until they hang up.  They also get your number and email every time you fill out a form for just about anything like at your local home show for a contest, at the store with a credit card app, business card into a fishbowl for a chance for a free lunch, we give them that info and we forget about it and wonder how and where they got that info.  When you email someone and don't use the BBC feature.  That could be a nice list if you are a business or a home business.  Just be careful where you give your info out.

I've been receiving these calls for about 2 weeks and once no one answers I no longer answer the calls and they don't leave a message (whoever they are). Now, to my further annoyance, they found my work number but don't leave a message, I didn't answer it because I knew they (whoever they are) wouldn't answer.  Now I'm not sure how to stop calls when you can't tell them to stop as they don't answer when you answer.  Soooo Aggravated!!

I HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY CALLS FROM NOT JUST THIS NUMBER BUT FROM OTHER NUMBERS BY THE SAME COMPANY. THE MACHINE KEEP ASKING ME FOR GREGORY AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO GREGORY IS. I AM A FREAKIN HIGH SCHOOL GIRL. Ughhh so annoying!!!

I am receiving about 3 calls a day from them, asking for a person I don't know. I went to the routine, hitting 2 to say that I wasn't the person and then went on to tell them that it is the wrong phone number and that I want to be removed. 2 hours later these A**h***s called again and they haven't stopped. It's about 3 weeks of phone harassment now.

I have blocked each and every number.  Today I tried to remove my phone number and instead of removing my number they transferred me to a live person.  I screaming at the person and told them to remove my number immediately and that I reported them to the FCC and now I am going to report them to Mass Attorney General.

I'm just another person called by them for who-knows-why. Never a message.

This number 857-264-3045 calls every day for years & no message, I want it to stop! It's terrible!, they also call from: 857-264-3055, 857-264-3048.

This number calls at least once a day and it's very annoying. I thought my phone number was on the DNC list but I guess not. And they call from 3048 too. Ugh!

I get a call from this number about once a day, usually at around 8pm, but sometimes 6pm.  However, they have called as late as 9:30pm.  So annoying, I finally blocked their number.  I know they'll use another number, but I just keep blocking them.  Totally FED UP with them and they never leave a message, so their call must not be THAT important!

I just filled a complaint with the FCC about this number (http://www.fcc.gov/complaints). They have been calling me for two years even though I have begged them to stop and would never do business of any type with them. They are selling credit cards and are obviously very shady.
