Cannot reach anyone to cancel this charge.  However I have contacted Visa and they are investigasting both the InsiderSecretsTips as well as the "Membership" charge.  The Membership charge I did reach a person and they finally agreed to credit charges.  These people are really a scam............Suggest for anyone to contact their bank for debit or credit card company to report them..........

I did not receive a call, but I did get incur charges from this phone number on my CC account. I had ordered Wuyi and was then also charged the $4.95 by Insider tips, listed as webaccess.  I called the 800-281-9006 number and accessed their website. I of course became even more frustrated because there is NOTHING there. I did click on the little logo next to the controls for the webperson that was talking. I then called the phone number on the top of the next page. The lady was really nice and told me to google the phone number on my bank statement. This is how I found this site.  I have called "webaccess" at 800-363-0187 (they are really called Insider Tips) and they reversed the charges AND cancelled the "membership".  Another phone number that is attached to this company is 800-989-5907.  It will appear as "membership fee" on your bank statement with a charge of $9.95. This is a monthly fee so, you MUST call the 800-363-0187 AND 800-989-907 to stop these insane acts of robbery.

Another piece of the puzzle!  Go to insidersecretsguide.com and click on the live chat and make sure they have cancelled your account so that you will not incur any further charges on your cc.  I had called the phone number and the only thing they initially did was reverse the charges to my cc.  When you go to the website, they will give you a confirmation number. I printed the entire conversation for my records.

I ordered Wu-Yi tea and got enrolled in a couple of other things that kept charging my account after I sent back and got a refund from Wu-yi tea.  I'm notifying my credit card company that these are fraud charges.

Try 1-866-363-0187. You may have to wait on the line for awhile, but it seems to have worked for me.
Good Luck!

I just noticed a bunch of these charges on my card as well...don't even remember signing up for anything like this nor visiting the website.  My issuer reversed the charges and closed my account since it is billed as a subscription service.  They said it would be easier to do that than have me call the company directly since this way will assure no more charges.

I called both of the phone numbers listed on the add and could only get a recording, never a live person to ask questions to.  I did receive a return call but no one could ever give me a direct number to speak to a live operator.  Thanks to all the comments made by other people, Insiders Secrets will not SCAM me. Thanks again ladies.

i cannot get a number or website to contact them. I have been a fool. You hear about these things, cannot believe i have been conned !!!!

I have spoken to my bank the $24.95 has been taken from my account, yet it was supposed to be a free trial of acaiburn capsules for weight loss. The only thing to do is cancel your card but as someone said earlier, it takes a few days to have a new one sent out to you.

there are no address or phone number details on my e mail i received just an order number. What a fool i am, and i cannot afford this loss.

I cannot reach anyone to cancel this program.
insidersecretstips.com does not exsist. When you call the phone# associated with the debit that they applied to your bank accout, you get voice mail and the voice mail directs you to insiderquide.com which does not exsist either.

Can't believe I've been conned either.  I do a few surveys for Australian survey companies and in return get samples or rewards or dollars.  Joined what I thought was Australian - www.surveypanel.com.au and agreed to a free sample of PureUltraLift for $1 postage.  Since then, I have received nothing and it turns out to be www.insidersecretstips.com who now have clearultralift instead of pureultralift.  In the last fortnight I have lost over $100 which puts me, a pensioner, in the red big time.  Another 8.64 went today.  Will have to cancel my debit card then I can't even access any of my own money.  I'm not giving up on this though.  I now have 2 cancellation numbers and a large phone bill as well.
I feel sick - not to mention stupid.  I'm usually so careful and check domains.

I started getting the membership fees as well, even though I canceled everything (or so I thought) over a month ago.  When I called the bank, they said I needed to cancel the membership with the company and get the refund through them.  They also told me if I didn't do that, and got a reissue of my card, the NEW card would be charged.

I called the number that was next to the charge on my bank statement.  The woman said she would refund HALF of the charge.  I stopped her and said "NO, this was canceled a month ago.  You'll refund the full charges".  She repeated her line again, and I stopped her and repeated my line again, only louder.  She repeated her line again, and I stopped her and repeated mine again, even louder.  This time she repeated her line and said "the whole amount".  I asked her to tell me exactly what she was going to do, and she said the full amount would be refunded and no future charges would be made.  She gave me a cancelation number.  REMEMBER to get the cancelation number, as only THAT can be used to report fraudulent charges.

OK, that was two hours of time I won't get back, plus I have to keep monitoring my credit card statement for these scammers.

I got so tired of calling different numbers and waiting on hold, plus I didn't want to take the chance that they would pass my info to yet another company, I canceled the card number that they have and had a new one issued.  It was much easier than calling all of those numbers and waiting on hold for someone that is really no help at all.  Lets not forget about the 1.00 "transaction fee" that is charged a couple of days later.

Yes, you are so right.  I had ordered the tea, cancelled it and did not realize until recently I was being billed the $9.95 each month.  Apparently in the fine print - you receive an e-book access for this $ but are charged almost $10 each month.  YOU MUST CANCEL by  calling all three numbers,  WU-Tea, E-book and Insider.  What a scam.  thanks for your input

After over 2 hours on hold, I called my cc company and they said this is a HUGE issue with this site.  All I had to say was there was a charge on my account that I did not authorize and she repeated the source without prompting!  VISA claims this is a huge issue with them, they are putting holds on these 2 accounts on a minute basis, not hour or day.  Makes you realize, this WU-YI group are a bunch of sleeze balls making money on those of us looking for healthy options to life.  My feelings, may KARMA get them in the end.  And forget accessing their LIVE CHAT web site - it is down more than it is up - again SLEEZE BALLS!

surprised that no action has been initiated against these fraudsters.
Very difficult for overseas people to call and get their charges reversed.

Thank you everyone for your messages/information regarding this WU-YI sister company that seems to be fraudulently charging our accounts. It's sad that people would resort to such just to earn money. Anyway, since I don't reside in the US, our time here is the opposite of yours. So, when we have the time to call their numbers, they are not available, not to mention, your toll-free numbers do not apply to us as we are charged just by connecting to the USA. What I did was call my credit card company and told them that these are not legitimate charges, only to find out that they have been doing this to me since Sept. 2008. How careless of me not to see! So, what the card company did was block my CC and they'll issue me a new one with a different number so that this so called WEB ACCESS 800-2819006/8009895907 can no longer charge me. You may want to do the same.

I just called the Insider Secret number and had them cancel my "membership" and they returned one charge, however, I told them I wanted all charges returned because I never agreed to their service they said on the check out page for Wu-Yi (or their partner) I agreed to the service. I am going to double check, but I did not see anything the first time. I'm going to call the other number now before I get charged for some other ridiculous service.

So i got charged for $4.95 by Web access 4 times in 3 weeks. After calling them at 1.866.363.0187, and waiting for the most drowsy sounding music for more than 2 hours, i was able to get them to cancel the $4.95 charges on my account. A week later, i started getting charged for the membership of $9.95. I had to call again to cancel that. Waited another -+hour to get through!!
