Many calls from this number in the past few days.  No message left. Unable to have my name taken off their list.  Frustrated by telemarketers.

Have received calls from this number several times yesterday and several times this morning...same as other posting...when I answered the first time realized it was a auto call as no one responeded immediately so I hung up...have not answered any of the other calls...I did call back and the mail box is full...

The Politician who is paying these people to call is most likely not getting any votes this way.  Very annoying to be called like this and have some rude girl hang up on me when I asked what the purpose of her call was...I called back and the same thing that happened to everyone else happened, "mailbox is full"

You have to love google.  I have been getting constant calls from this number and was getting a bit nervous.  So glad that it's just a politician.  Although now he definitely doesn't have my vote.

I had 11 calls yesterday from 3:06-7:24 pm.  Thanks for the info.  This will keep up until after the election.

superior republican air- pagliuca too was a republican until recently. This is actually a paid political group (share, etc) who could be calling for Pagliuca or a political survey or greenpeace or health care, etc..

I have received five calls from this number in the past three days.  I never answer #s I don't recognize, but since they called several times I googled it and found this.  Just wanted to let you know there's another one out here, getting calls from this weird number.

this number called me yesterday i chose not to answer and they hung up before the machine came on. then they called again today, I decided to answer this time because i thought it might be someone I know, wasn;t to concerned because the number wasn,t blocked A young sounding girl asked for me by name ,  and when I assked who was speaking she shyly said her name was "Jess" and said something about a political survey I couldn't quite make out I simply said I wasn't interested to which she said "okaaaay" in a voice that implied she couldn't undestand why I wouldn't want to go along with it. I hung up thinking it was just some awkward young girl trying to do some part time work for some marketing company, but now am concerned and also thinking of filing a report reading of these similar comments on this number

I have called back three - 857 - 998 - 2184   and 2 times I would call and music like the macarena would be on the other end... and one time would be mailbox full.

I asked who it was when I was called, and all they would say was that hey were calling to do a political survey. They asked for my wife, whom I love very much and our marriage is great. BUT, I cannot resist screwing with these kinds of callers, so I said
"She left me last month, so I guess you can't reach her here. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for reminding me!" and hung up.

Received the call at 1:23PM on 11/17/09.  Female caller asked for my wife by name.  When I told her my wife was unavailable - caller abruptly stated that she would call back at another time.

Heard a click upon answering the phone, then experienced the same thing as the person above did.

Have received several calls from this number.  Today, finally, she asked me who I would vote for if the election was today.  I asked her for whom she was  calling, and she said, "Pagliuca."  I said, "Thank you for calling," and hung up.  They have not called again.

I used to work for a survey group.  We were sometimes instructed if asked who we were calling for to give the oppositions name.

This number has been calling all weekend. They've called twice today and both times we answered we were hung up on. Very frustrating to be getting these calls on a Sunday, and I am also sick and trying to get some rest before the holiday week begins. Not cool.

I've been receiving calls from this number almost hourly today. All week in fact I've been getting calls from this number. I haven't answered one and they've left no message.

They just called AGAIN!! I got someone to answer me this time, it was a man with a foreign accent. He never asked for any name, just kept saying hello. He then said he wanted to ask a couple questions. I asked who he was calling for and was hung up on. This is harassment.

I would love to know who this is. We must have received 20 calls from this number in the past week.

I have received atleast 20 calls this weekend from this number very annoying- haven't answered it as all it said was Massachusetts. I have recieved calls from Pagliuca when his name came up on caller ID...

this number called at 2:44, 3:14, 3:33, 3:35 & 4:45 today. Soooo annoying!

Similar to others' experience, I've gotten several calls a day.
they get voicemail, stay on it for a few seconds,

After getting calls from this number for two weeks and having the person on the other end not say anything and hang up when I picked up, I finally actually spoke to the woman w/ the number! She said it was a short political survey paid for by Steve Pagliuca, asking who I was supporting for the Senate election. I told her my choice (not Pagliuca, and she snorted in disgust.. how professional) and she asked how firm my support was. Probably a 15 second call. So annoying, but hopefully the twice daily calls will stop!

So, it does seem this is some group polling for the MA Senate race. I contacted Pagliuca's campaign office, and they kindly said they would remove me from the list and apologized profusely for the trouble. Seems like they aren't too happy with the organization they contracted out to. Give the campaign office a call and you'll be taken off the list, I haven't had a call since.

These people call me 3-6 times a day including Sun.They don't leave messages,and the mailbox is always full. I noticed similar # on my caller ID that was one digit off the 2184.
I found out the calls are from a cellline not a land line. so next time they call if i'm home i'll just pick up the phone and either not say a word or......Blast a whistle in their ear !!!!!!

If this actually a political dail around I think the public should be aware. Seems like he'd be a major painin the a#%. Not an asset in the senate for us here in MA. Teddy's probably rooling in his grave.

This number was calling me several times a day and hanging up.  Through Google and other websites, I discovered it was a number associated with Steve Pagliuca's campaign.  I went to his website and wrote a complaint using the "Contact Us" tab and haven't received another call since!

I tried to call back and each time I get forwarded to a recording that says "The mailbox is full".
