This guy also uses the # 858-753-8569. I was talking to him about tickets and decided to Google his #. Turns out he's the same you're all talking about. Thanks for taking the time to post and saving me from losing my money. I hope he goes to jail.

He is not in Concord.  I know this for a fact.  If there is a case being built against this scam artist, then from what city.

He has taken us for $5K on scam airline tickets.

OH NO! This just happend to us last week. My husband used Ernesto Escobar to book a flight for our friend to travel to San Diego. He quoted my husband $225 for a round trip  on a direct flight via Southwest Airlines. My husband deposited the $225 in Ernesto Citi Bank checking account (acct. # 4200-88-38-247). Ernesto gave my husband the confirmation number. We went on to SW website to pull up her itinerary. Our flight was booked almost 2 mos ago. My friend was able to check in the night before but when she arrived to the airport she was informed that she needed a green paper ticket. They were able to pull up her reservation and saw that money was paid to a travel agent but it was was not paid to the airline. After speaking with a supervisor at the airline. they explained that  the agent was mailed the paper ticket and that was to be accompanied with her boarding pass to ensure SW will get the money for the flight. Although she was confirmed. No money was exchanged, therefore they could not let her board.

While she was at the airport. I called Ernesto numerous times and he never answered. My husband finally got through to him and he said he could not talk on the phone but would text me.The whole time while we were texting He never gave an explanation of what happened and his answer was "Have No Clue" then he proceeded to "pretend" like he was booking her another flight and almost immediately he said, he couldn't do it. At that point I started to get very upset because I still had an ounce of hope that he was not trying to scam us. After that all communication stopped we've text and called him from different numbers and have not gotten a response.

I ended up googling him and found this website with numerous complaints of how scammed people out of thier money.

We are tryting to get our $225 back but I'm more concerned with bringing this guy to justice and him going to jail. We've booked other flights thorugh him before and never had a problem so we assumed he was legit until this  last incident.  An old co worker of my husband referred us to him and now we cannot get in contact with my husbands old co worker to try and track Ernesto down.

We don't know where to start. I know our loss is not as big as others but its still money that was stolen from us and we've never been scammed by anyone before.

If you're Officer Moreno, then I would like to add my two cents to this.  Ernesto bilked me out of $500 just two months ago.  Do you have a number where I can reach you?

He did the same to my daughter and I.  Booked flights for us, gave us conf #'s and I checked the airline many times to see if they were still there, and they were.  Then daughter got to airport for a Southwest flight he had booked, only to find the ticket had not been paid for.  He made some stupid excuse, blaming the airlines.  He eventually refunded $100 to her but I am still waiting for my $500.  He asked if I'd take AA or BA miles instead and I agreed but it's been two months and they've yet to be credited to my account.

He is friendly on the phone and talks you into believing him.  WE MUST ALL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO PUT HIM BEHIND BARS.  If he had any brains, he'd pay us all back so we wouldn't report him.  I'm going to phone him again right now but, as of late, he's not answering the 858 number.  Advice, anyone?

Escobar told another person to contact me to know where her vouchers where?????????????  He is still trying to scam using peoples names.  Please contact Morales at 32198@lapd.lacity.org or your local police.  I know few other people are getting on this. He also used someone named Nancy Smith AM EXp card to buy tickets:  unreal. We need to stop him

He actually mentioned your name when I told him that I will be filing charges. He stated that Officer Morales is a good friend and knows all about me.   Please contact Concord PD  or you may contact me in order to give you details of what has happened to us and where we are with this matter.  I will contact you on Monday

Do not buy tickets from him  You need to call Concord PD to report him  Case being filed as we write.

Yes that is Escobar, Ernesto.  He is the one using bad  and stolen credit card He will fly you within a day and then you wll be stuck on the return  so don't get involved.  He is a total scum-bag Smooth talker as if he knows it all.  Every one he claims are scam artist except him     Do not do it.

YES HE DOES BOOK THE FLIGHT BUT THEN CANCELS IT IN A WEEK AFTER YOU PAY HIM  HE USES FRAUD. CREDIT CARDS ADN THEN THE AIRLINE COMES AFTER YOU IF YOU USE IT TO FLY.  BE CAREFUL BECAUSE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FYING ON A FRAUDULANT CREDIT CARD.  We are reporting him and want you to do the same.  Call local police then they will investigate. He lives in San Diego I do have his address  Easy to get though  He will and can be arrested in the next few days.

Don't do it!!  He just took me for $5K    never delivered.  He buys the ticket books it then gets you to check it and then you put money in his Citi Bank account and then a week later it is cancelled  You will be out the money . I wish I had looked him up before I am going to the FED.

I just got scammed just this week!!!  Ernesto is claiming that you are writing about him without merit.  He was just on phone using his 619 7528665 phone number.  He went in circles discussion how he will deliver then he talked about how the TSA may not let me go through then he discussed things that were not pertaining to his obligation.  
He has $5K and has decided that his obligation will be to set a ticket for that day and then if I don't get to fly then it is not his problem    This is my first time to be "SCAMMED"  He  also suggested that I call an officer Moreno with LAPD???? What are you doing about this issue?  DA perhaps?  I will consult legal counsel and see what is the next step.
