These are indians as well. They call up to 50 times a day on my cell phone & home phone. They also have my social security number!!!!!!! How can we make them STOP the harrassment?! I made a police report with our local police. They told me to call the Califonia state bar & report them.The calls are coming from San Diego. Will someone PLEASE help us sue the heck out of them & send them back to THEIR country for crying out loud?!!!!!!!!!!

They have called me with the same message asked me to send a fax stating i would pay them today $789.00 dollers I said I do not have a fax or money foe a fax  then they said that a lady in South Carilonia with help me out I asked who in world will belive that story then they got mad and hung up he claimed he works foe us treseary department and i was being sued for check fruad

i recieved the same call and was told all of those things as well.  This is the 4th time I have had these people call and claim this.  They have all my personal information.... I can only change my bank account so many times before this gets old.   I actually called level 3 communications and told them that these people are using their service to harass people and get them to pay money they dont owe.  The gentlemen was nice and sounded concerned.  who know what to do next???

Threatens us with law suit and criminal charges. Left msg on my teenage daughter's cell phone with criminal threat agains my husband and her. It is a prepaid cell phone registered through Level 3 Communications. I called sales and marketing for the co and left msg 720-888-3288
