Calls several times each day and does not leave a message

IC Systems states the caller ID for this number.  When you pick up there is no answer, and they call every single day at least 8 times per day even on Saturday's and Sunday's.  We cringe everytime we hear the phone ring, as it is from this same number.  What can we do?  How can we get them to stop calling?

This person calls several times both day and late night and when I have answered they are usually rude and end up hanging up on me...

We also get calls from this number 5-10 times each day beginning 8:10am and stop 9:00pm 7 days a week.  what is upsetting is I have an unlisted number
there has to be something to be done

Does anyone know who this may be?  They also call my cell phone number about 12-15 times daily beginning 8:00 am until 9:00 pm. Sometimes they call 3 times within 10 minutes!!  FRUSTRATING!!! I don't know how they even got my number!!

I do believe they are a collection agency....
would this make sense to anyone else, possibly
in debt??

The caller IC Systems is a Collection Co. They have a contract with Providian or Washington Mutual Credit Card Services. They are automated and a computer is set up to make the calls. If you answer it takes time for a live person to get on line to ask you your name if you give them the name then they can tell you you owe them money!!

We are being harassed by this company for a debt owned by another person in our state.  The man who calls is very nasty.  I have gone online and found a similar name and the correct address--all through Google--but he will not listen.  He actually threatened me with an attorney.  How can they threaten us with an attorney when all correspondence will go to the address of the real person who owes someone money!? Duh!  How stupid can you be.

Who are these people?? they call, total silence fr 4 or 5 seconds, then say the have a call for you and make you wait another ten seconds so some rude person can come on to make demands to speak to someone. hung up.

Please Tell me You Did not Give them your Bank account Number and Get the Agrement In Writing First Because Now they can Zap your Accout anytime for any amount. If you have not Don't Because It is thier word against yours

They Call 3 and 4 Times A day And Want Me to give them My Bank Account Number to pay my account off. So For Fun I got on there web site and filled out A job App and I'm Going to start Calling them every Day and asking about the Weather and If I Got the Job Yet

these ppl r relentless..My card got stolen and someone added a pin to withdraw money from an atm..and it was done w out talkin to a human. when i got knwledge that my card was stolen..wamu ddnt care. they dnt care enuff to protect their customers. DONT do business w these ppl, they dnt care bout u

they are calling us constantly for days no messages.  I called and told them what was illegal the guy said "we'll call you as many times as we want to".  I am reporting them to the BBC.

Everyday they call for a co-worker.  And everyday I ask them to stop calling at work.  I reported them to the BBB.

On phone number 858-384-1164 or any 800 number or any number you do not want to hear from, there is a software program called Phone Tray. It works great, it zaps the call after one ring. How it works is you load the software on your computer which runs in the background. You plug your phone line into the modem and your phone on the other side of the modem. Phone tray reads what number is calling and if its a number you don't want, it zaps it after one ring. The best thing is this software is free. I have used it for 2 years and I love it.

They call me every day...they never leave a message. My rule is, if they don't leave a message, I don't call them back.   I didn't know who they were until I checked them out today...thank you for the info...I will continue to not pick up!! I would prefer to just sent Wamu the $ when I am back to work than to start a speaking relationship with them over the phone...thanks for the feedback.

Getting call at least 1 to 3 times daily...when we pick up the phone, nobody there!!!!...never lieve a message on the machine either...we are on do not call list!!!

Oh they are AWFUL.  I lost my job due to company bankruptcy and missed one payment.  I have arranged for payments which will start in two weeks when I get my first paycheck.  That was not good enough.  They call me 10 times a day and when they don't talk to me they call my MOTHER!!!!  I have never used her number for ANYTHING!!!!  They are very rude and very nasty.  They kept telling me that I needed to learn how to pay my bills!   I understand that they want their money but they are just ruthless.  I cancelled my account with WAMU and will NEVER use them again. The fact that they associate with such rude people speaks volumes.

It is IC Systems Inc.  They tend to buy up old credit card debts and attempt to collect.  Really sleazy company.
