I am TIRED of this 'person' calling... We have an unpublished number and are on 'NO-CALL' list.

Similar story as above. "Mr. Jones", who had a heavy Indian accent, left an urgent voice mail for us. He used awkward English ("Do not try to disregard this message") and demanded we return his call immediately. The number he told us to call is 585-568-6661. He knew both of our names but we were immediately tipped off that this was a bogus call when he used a name only my friends and family uses...not one that the IRS would use in official correspondence. A man who called himself Alan Parker with a think East Indian accent called from 858-436-0023 which came up on my phone as being a Del Mar, CA number. He told me the IRS believes I am involved in fraud and told me: "Call this number immediately - 585-568-6661. Do not disregard this call." He then stated some things about what could happen to me if I don't call. I know it was fraud, just thought someone might like to see another complaint against these numbers. I have called the IRS.
