this caller ID Left Voicemail. Claimed to be from Kaiser Permenente. Stated I MUST call back to another (800) number. I have filed a HIPPA complaint with Kaiser, along with a few other messages, to find out if this is a legit call, and if it is, they must CEASE and DECIST this call practice, when requesting a patient make an appointment,. no matter WHAT the circumstance. They have other SECURE avenues of contacting patients or members.

Just got a call from "Nurse Triage Service" Scared the $#^&^((*&^% out of me thinking my Wife was in a wreck or something worse!!!!!!!!!!! You call back and get a recording that hangs up on you!!!
What a bunch of CRAP!!!
Now you know why I abandoned them 7 years ago I am with SHARP now, MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it does no good to call this number back - you can call back and go through the whole thing all over again. They really seem to care.
