My daughter texted me and said Gieco tried calling me while she was on the phone with them, don't know how the telemarketing voice mail got left. So the # is GEICO.

It's a representative from Geico.  When you are involved in an accident wtih a Geico insured (or if you are the insured), you are asked to complete surveys whenever you speak to an adjuster.  These surveys are basic questions like, " were you treated respectfully?", "was your claim handled quickly and fairly?", etc...
When you fill out these surveys and give a less than stellar response, they have this rep call you to explain your experience further.  Nothing horrible, no one cold calling you.

After reading every body else's responses it might just possibly be geico.

If you give your phone number, email and/or address to ANYONE, you can expect that you will receive correspondence from them in some form.

I love how you all act surprised and complain when people call you to pay them the money YOU owe them.

I received a call from this number yesterday. No message left.  I do not and don't care to have business with Geico.  I hope they go away or I'll report them.

I was rear ended by someone with Geico Insurance. I got a call from this number to get a statement from me regarding the accident.

This number rang me twice in a row, however apon answering the line was silent.
The second time I waited 30 seconds.
I do have Geico.

I got a courtesy call from GEICO from this number after adding my newly licensed daughter to our policy, just asking if there was anything else they could do.

A Geico claims representative called me from this number about a recent accident I'd had. Wasn't spam for me.

I researched this number and found this site - nice to know if was my insurance company who did not leave a message.  Weird... considering that I had gotten into a car accident a few weeks ago... I better call them back.

I got a quote online and they've been calling. I get mo voicemails through.

Geico - for me it was a Geico Insurance courtesy call, which is totally fine and I'm very happy with their communication style with me in general. HOWEVER, I am not someone who just asked them for a quote, I'm an actual customer, so I really don't mind them calling me!
