they call me and never answer, & when i send to v-mail, they never leave a message

black idiot named "Chuck Hayes" calls from HSBC Auto calls. Has deep african accent and wont disclose his real name. he admitted he has a learning disability and comes from a worthless family and a w***e mother.  he is too dumb to send out scam emails all day from the internet cafe, so he is a collector instead. when i asked him to prove he isnt worthless and that no one would miss him if he died, he couldnt.

What a mistake to finance with this company. I have had nothing but problems with them. I have made several calls to them and they continue to call way too many times every day and either do not leave a message or they are talking and laughing with friends on my voice mail then hang up.

Calls too much lately. Already made a payment but they seem to not be able to get it!

Constant calls from this number over the past few days, every few hours at least. Automated message plays when I pick up, asking you to hold while you're connected. Unbearably annoying. Trying to figure out how to stop it.

It is HSBC, I am behind on my payment and the San Diego office also sent me a letter saying that they may reposses my car if they did not receive payment soon. So if you are behind and they are calling you from the 858 number you may want to call them back to make sure that they are not planning to reposses your vehicle.

HSBC. These calls are on autodialer. I agree. They are annoying and make me mad but I have to remember they are working people trying to make a living just like me. They're put in front of the gun with this autodialer and have no information until we answer. I detest this practice even though I am behind on a car payment. But, constant calling from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. isn't going to get any money in my pocket any faster or make someone loan me the money I owe them. All I can do at this point is the best I can and grin and bear it or let them have the car back.

I get calls 5-6 times a day, and sometimes more often.  No one ever answers.  Sometimes just music plays.

The person kept saying "Hello? Hello?"  He did not leave a message on the answering machine, the caller ID did say HSBC

It is HSBC Auto Finance, either u finane a vehicle thru them or preapproved or something... or someone used u as a reference.

This is in fact HSBC and it shows up in my caller ID simply as San Diego, CA.

I have no idea who this is but the related phone number is 1-858-609-2000 as well.  They've called me 5x since 8:07am on Valentines Day.  I won't answer, and now Im just angry.  I don't care who it is, no one keeps calling like that.  They are also calling me at work too!!!

These people never leave messages because an automated system calls and when you answer then they pick up and talk. they will call any day up til 9pm and starts at 8 am eastern time. They will even call on sundays, oh yah its HSBC auto and there all in INDIA so good luck undersatnding them

It's HSBC, a bunch of pricks if ever there was one.  Sent one payment late, now they call 3 days before and I've sent a letter to them instructing them never to call - in writing only - now I'm filing a Fair Debt Collection complaint against them.  Jack***es.

I liked your message because they are scummy.  My car payment was 11 days late and they went crazy.  They also tacked on insurance I already had, and never told me about it. Well, they got caught. I'm so mad I don't even want the dam Jeep anymore, I'd rather get beat up and take my changes hitchhiking.  They call 9 hours a day at my work, cell, home.  Its on 12:54pm and I've received 5 calls since that time.  Its effecting my job, becasue they call there too!!! don't ya love it.

Received several calls from this number today.  Final one around 8:45pm, CST.  When I called back it was HSBC Auto Finance, when I attempted to speak with someone I received a message stating to call back during different hours?

I purchased a car with partial financing 8 days ago, unsure why they're calling to harrass me this late?  Checked and no money is owed to them.
