I got a call today from 858 634 3055

Anybody getting calls from this number?

This number will not stop calling me. They call six times a day, not leaving a message and hanging up when I call back. They are harassing me and I'm about to call the police and file a complaint.

I have received four calls from this number.  They never leave a voicemail.

Calling 2-3 times per day and not leaving messages. I do not answer unknown numbers. Has been occurring for over a week now. This is ridiculous.

SCAM ALERT: THIS IS NOT TIME WARNER.

After numerous calls every day for a week, I finally answered a call from this number.  The man identified himself as "I'm from Time Warner Cable..." When I told him to take me off his calling list and that my phone is on the do not call list, he proceeded to argue with me (my first clue it wasn't Time Warner, they would be nice to customers).  I hung up and immediately called Time Warner Cable and asked for a supervisor.  He confirmed that they do NOT do business with anybody from the 858-634-3055 number.  In fact he also confirmed that my cell phone (the number the scammers called) was not in Time Warner's database and that Time Warner would have no way of knowing to call that number.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC and am also considering which further actions should be taken against these scumbags.

DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION to these people.  They are NOT Time Warner Cable.

They told me they were from Time Warner Cable, too. But what someone else said makes sense, that it is a scam, because I told them that I was good and didn't need any new service and yet they still keep calling! I don't think Time Warner would do that. And they would probably leave a message because the bigger telemarketing companies usually do.

This number has been calling me everyday for about a week.  They never leave a message, ever.  One day they called 4 times.  I just tried to call the number, it didn't connect or something as all I got was silence, no tone, no ringing.  I might block them.  Ridiculous that we even have to deal with crap like this.

This is a telemarketing call from Time Warner Cable to sell Digital Phone service. They've been calling us all week, finally someone spoke on the other end. The first question was "Do you currently have phone service in your home?", I answered no s**t, you've been calling all week!

It's not Time Warner.  It's a scam, don't answer and don't give out any personal info.

This number has called me around dinner time everynight for the last week. They never leave a message, and I never pick up numbers I dont know. Last night I got 6 calls in 2.5 hrs, seriously? So aggravating.

Finally after more than a week calling and hanging up, they finally answered, lady said she is from Time Warner....

Someone call saying he was from Time Wagner and his computer was acting up and only had my address, he wanted to know my name?! Isaid if you are from that company you should know my name.  I hunged up.

several calls since 3/8

Hi everyone...I have been receiving phone calls from this number as well starting 3/9.  I have never been able to answer bc I was at work but I experience the same thing...no voicemails and when I try calling back it automatically disconnects within seconds.  I did what VInnie has done..I filed a harassment report with the SDPD.  You guys can go to the  link I"ll post to harass them

3-12-2011 received call, I  picked up no one answered. I called back several times, the call drops!!!

I got a call from them once, and they didn't leave a message. The next time they called, I answered and they hung up. I called back, and they hung up.

Dont know the company or source, but man said my mother needed help. No doubt a scam, number cannot be called back, it just ends the call as soon as it dials.

Got a call from this number last night - no voice mail and no idea who it was!
