Got a call from this number which automatically hangs up - followed immeadiately by a call from 704-634-3073 (29Prime).  Report this if you are on the no-call list.

Received at least a dozen calls from this number (1 a day for 2 weeks straight). Answered every single time. No one was their. Hung up on me every single time. Finally had enough. Called back. Sat on hold with annoying music for 6 minute just to be told "Good bye" after 6 minute. Oh am i PISSED!

Today I received a phone call from 858-634-3073.  The only other info available on my caller id was the word 'California', instead of the caller's name or business..
I did not answer, as I did not recognize the phone number...and do not know anyone from California anyway.  No message was left for me...from them.

I have gotten no less than a dozen calls from this number and every time I am either on the phone or it is after 7 p.m. I've tried calling back on numerous occassions and the number just goes to holding music and no one ever picks up. I wish I could catch someone on the phone to ask them to remove me from whatever list I might be on.

caller keeps calling my cell phone number but will leave no message...decided to check the net on this number and am finding the time warner cable could be the caller...called the number back and was kept on hold with music and message saying to please stay on the line...

Who the heck is this, they keep calling and no answer...only dead air on the other line.

I called them back after dozens of times not answering their calls.  They are a company that is contracted through time warner cable offering services to construction companies.  I told her I don't have a construction company and asked her to take both my numbers out of her database.  She said she would.

I HAVE BEEN ON THE NO CALL LIST SINCE IT STARTED!!!

Bring back the laws that governed the wild west and these calls will most likely vanish.

Also called 800 976-6997 to ask that my number is removed from their list.  I got on the list because I called Insight a couple weeks ago in KY.  They were calling 5-6 times a day with no response and no-one on the line.   Will report back if it doesn't work.

They have called 4 times to day which is disturbing to me

Called twice within an hour but did not answer.  Did not leave a voicemail either.

I get a call from this number several times a week. No message left. If I answer, the call is disconnected.  When I call it back I get a " your call did not go through" message.

I got three phone calls in the past few hours.  I called 800 976-6997 and asked for customer service, was transfered to a voicemail.  They called me back shortly after (surprise) and apologized.  He was able to see the phone calls on his autodialer and placed me on the do not call list.  He identified himself as calling on behalf of insight cable for a customer service survey.

I receive calls from this number about every other day. There is never a message.

These people have called twice today within a halk hour's time, and left no messages

i've been getting calls from this number for the past 2 weeks and the last time i answered it was just a recording.  i'm on the DO NOT CALL list but i registered a complaint for this phone number anyway.  Hope these calls stop.

Did you ever find out who they are? I think I'll pick up the phone & see what it is next time they call. I called their number but you don't get anybody...? weird

I, too, keep receiving this caller with no message left, either. I decided to call the number, & there is just a recorded "bye." ???? Tired of these weird calls.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a few days on my personal cell phone. I called the number from my work phone, received a "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent" message and was disconnected after about five minutes.

I am from Kentucky,,,its called me 5 times today and 3 times yesterday. I've answered it 3 times total and each time itll maybe stay on for 15sec the most and then hang up, sometimes just like 5sec. Kind of creeping me out cause i'll be saying hello and then it hangs up.

Got a call nearly on the hour starting at 1PM until I answered around 6PM  and the call immediately ended. None of the calls left a voice mail.

I called back a few times between then. First I would hear muffled noise, like something was on the other end. Then it clicked off leading into an automated message about the call being unable to be made due to reasons outside of "our control". And then it gave a message number, something like P-1005 (that's not verbatim, but it did start with "p dash").
Twice I immediately called back and received a busy tone.

Just got a call from this number claiming they were cable company Insight.   Wanted to know what company I was with - told them Insight and they asked how long.  Very strong accented female voice.

I received a call just now from this number, I answered and was ready to hang up as I kept saying hello, finally someone came on and started off saying "Hi" and I said "Hi" and then they hung up.
