Received call from this number...no msg left...called number several times only received a busy signal.

My girlfriend received a call at my home - caller ID only showed "wireless caller".  A woman asked for me, and when she told her I wasn't there, she just hung up!  This is a San Diego area code. I don't know anyone from San Diego, but try telling that to my girlfriend.

I received THREE calls one after another and since I didn't recognize the number or even the area code I didn't answer. No voicemail at all but just calls. I tried to call back but just a busy signal. Let's figure out who this is.

I've received several calls from this number asking for someone who apparently used to have my cell phone number before I got it 3 months ago. I keep telling them that they have the wrong number but they are very rude and they always hang up on me. They refuse to identify themselves or the company that they're calling from.

Got 2 calls from the number sayin same thing dumb broad asked do u kno cathleen quinn I said I think u have the wrong number she said I asked if u kno cathleen quinn I said u have the wrong number she got all madd and said its a yes or no answer

call came in, not recognized, so I check voice mail, and no message left.  When I call I get a "call failed".

call from wireless caller, so I answered.  Asked who was calling, and she said "Carmen".  She said that she is with ARS and working on behalf of Capital One.  She said that the have tried unsuccessfully to reach me.  I said I had no business with ARS and did not know who they are.  She said that she was with Capital One (when obviously she was not), so I hung up.

Received call at 12:41 p.m.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize; left no message.  Busy signal when I call.  I'm getting really tired of getting these kinds of calls!

Debt Collector for Citi Bank cards.

Received two call from this same firm ARS National SE (i'm assuming ARS National Services).  Caller asked for a particular person and I asked who was calling.  Another voice came on and said never mind and hung up.  

I'm on a do not call list, so I'm suspious as to who it is.

I'll keep searching.

This caller now has a website which has "FREE" credit
repair services.  These counseling services once charged
me $250 to tell me people on dissabilities don't have to
pay anything on unsecured loans and credit cards.  They
promise to get bill collectors to quit calling you, but
after they have your money, they sell your phone number to
others.

I got a call from them at 7:00 pm. I am on the Do Not Call
Registry so it probably isn't a telemarketer.  Probably a
bill colecter. Not about to pick up a phone call until I
find out more about them from this website.

They called but I didnt answer

Calls constantly and I don't answer because I do not know the number. They are a pest!

got a call from this number a few days ago woman asked if I knew Kathleen Quinn. When I told her she had the wrong number she said."I said do you know Kathleen Quinn?" and I said I already told you that you have the wrong number. She got quite huffy and said "Its a yes or no answer..so I'll ask again..do you know Kathleen Quinn.?" I hung up. Then tonight same thing..only this time my husband answered the phone and had almost the same exact conversation only when she said she'd ask again and it was a yes or no answer he said "yes, you have the wrong number". SHe got quite angry and said she would call again. Thats when I thought of researching the number. She called back about 15 mins later but  didn't say anything when I said hello. STrange.

Rcvd call today, did not answer.  No msg left.  www.411.com reports it as a Nextel Cell number, out of Mira Mesa in San Diego, CA.

A man asked for someone that doesn't live here anymore. I said he doesn't live here anymore and he then hung up on me.

I had a call from this # 858-688-1827 on ans machine...music played then a lady came on & said "Sandi available"..(I was not it was ans machine)...then she said "oh well you lose Sandi, not me"..then call ended.Did *69 to get # & have tried several times..also quick busy or call not going thro.
Just curious now....?

Yuppers, same here.  Got call today and nobody left a voice mail.

called several times today - just before 9 am and at 120pm, cannot get thrugh when I try to call it back, get a recording telling me my call did not go through and to try back later.

didn't pick up. lft no msg. Called number and went directly to equipment failure. Number is owned by Nextel in San Diego

Called, I answered, female said she was diverting an important call, only music playing for several minutes, nothing else.  Possible scam

same as the rest I did not answer they did not leave no message and when I try to call it says that phone call "fail" I can only think it may be colletion agencies or telemarketers.

No message left, no one on other end calls regularly.

No voice when answered incoming from this number.  Get a fast busy when I call this number.
