I received a missed call on my cell phone from this number but they do not leave messages.

I've gotten at least one call a day for about a week. I don't know this number so I don't answer. Whoever it is does not leave a message.

Phone calls continue from 858-731-8848.  No one responds if the phone call is answered and no messages are left if it goes to voicemail.  Who is this?

I received a missed call too and when I attempted to call back.  The number just rang and rang forever.  Not even a voice mail came up.
