Three calls in last two days. Research shows it's from Cox carrier, La Jolla California.  No response when I answer. If they're sales, they'd try to connect with you.  Not sure what he/she/they want.

it is some mortgage finance co. I think they said they are named 'global finance'? they were soliciting for me to refi or something.
