Left a message that they were trying to get in touch with me about a management opertunity

A idiot redneck sounding girl(I'm guessing extremely low IQ), left a message saying she 'wanted to get in touch with me about a management oppurtunity'.
Um yeah, translated, that means she wanted an oppurtunity to manage my money in one way or another.

FAIL!

breathed on my voicemail and won't answer call backs

hung up on my answering machine.

It's June, 2010, and Amber Spencer has still not filled the management position. She called to offer it to me today.

I recieved this cell phone message two days ago concerning a "Management Opportunity" from Amber Spencer.  She even used my name in the voice message.  I called the number today and it went to Amber Spencer's voice mail...  It wanted me to leave a message and a time to be called.  I reported it to the Federal Trade Commission.

Called me with the exact message stating Amber Spencer wanted to talk with me concerning a management opportunity. Unfortunately I found this website too late and I called and left my information. Needless to say I changed my phone number.

I figure its someone calling to find out if numbers on file are good for a debt collection or other telemarketing service. If you all her back then you obviously are at the phone number listed.

I received the same voicemail yesterday at around 4pm.  I thought it was odd.  I didn't realize there was going to be this much competition for a "management opportunity".  Since they've been looking for 9 months I guess I should have expected it!

Still the question remains:  What is to be gained from sending these calls out if no one answers when the number is called back?

I ASSUME this is a debt collector trying to get you to "manage your account". That's the "opportunity" I took it for. I'm not calling her back. I'm sure it's an attempt to get money for something I never paid.

I received the same call, googled, and here we are. My number is not listed on any online sites (personal or professional) to my knowledge.

Just got the same message and tried to call back. It baffled me that she didnt mention her company and wanted to know a good time to reach me. She surely didnt seem like a proffesional at all. Let me know if you know the MOTIVE.

Same thing everyone else is saying.  Amber Spencer left a message with "mgmt opportunities."
Her number is 859-229-7025.   Called back out of curiousity with not answer.

Same for me as all the other comments on here. I had my number on my facebook info but will be taking it off today.

I received the same call yesterday. She left a voicemail. Very bizarre. I'd like to know how she got my name and number. I will NOT be calling back. Glad I found this page!

I just received a call from this Amber Spencer with a "Management Opportunity". I am not interested and will not call back. And yes, I'd really like to know who has given my cell phone information out...

I just received a call from this number. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. I listened to her message...sounded southern and ice but did not specify the business which she was working for. I did call back but I got her voicemail....same one as posted above...."You've reached the desk of....". She hasn't called back and I'm assuming she probably won't. I too am a little creeped out and am wondering what her motive is.

Wow, I look her up on google too because i got a voicemail from amber spencer with "management opportunities" and I dont know who she is nor where she came from.
Creeps me out how many people got phonecalls from her. What is her motive???

The same number called me I answered and she said sorry that she had the wrong number i called the number back and the voicemail said "You have reached the desk of amber spencer

I got the same call today from a woman named Amber Spencer.  She had a Southern Accent and said that she had a management opportunity for me and she asked me to call her back and leave a good number that she could reach me at.  I called and left a message, but never received a call back and most likely never will.

I googled it because i thought it was suspicious, I only called her back because I mistook her for someone that I work with. I hope that I don't get a whole new barrage of pest calls now because of it.

I also didn't see a missed call in my list like some others have said. It just went straight to my voicemail inbox.

I also received a mysterious voicemail about a "management opportunity" from Amber Spencer.   However, this number was not in my list of missed calls, so somehow the message went straight to my voicemail inbox without calling my phone.  I'm not going to call her back.

Managed to call both my and my wife's cell phones on the same day, despite us having wildly different numbers from different carriers registered years apart, so this makes me suspect someone I've done business with has sold us out. Same details as other callers, "Amber Spencer" with a management opportunity.

I also got a call from 859-229-7025 regarding a "management opportunity" from an Amber Stamper (maybe it was Spencer).

Amber Spencer left a number without an area code.  Tried calling prefix 502 and 859. Number's no longer working. Apparently fake management opportunity.
