this number shows up on my caller id and there is never a message

I been getting calls from this number to for about 3 days when I call it back it says im not able to use this service, I have Boost Mobile.

I received a call from this number and they if I knew 'such and such'. I told them that was my neighbor.  They asked if I had a phone number for my neighbor and I told them my neighbor moved to Florida 2 months ago, which they had. They hung up.  The person who called had an accent (Indian).

I called this number back and there was no answer.

Called and left no message.
