It is Bed Defense - wanting to sell a product.  They are somewhat rude and want 11$ for one and will bill your credit card in 60 days for about 42$ more.  When you are about to hang up they will give it to you for shipping 3.95 and then charge you in 60 days - if you do not return the  product unused.....My caller ID says Kentucky and I don't know why they don't ID themselves -

These people have called my home FOUR times.  Please DO NOT call anymore!  On the third call I told them I wasn't interested, they called back approx. 2 hours later anyway.
