Called Cell but no message. However, if this is the same scam as rj99 mentioned I have been getting those calls on the Land Line for a good 2 months now. It has only started on the Cell in the last 2 weeks.

This is a total scam. Selling warranty extension service (which won't work - There is no such thing except from the Dealer - and THAT rarely works) "Don't let your warranty on your recent car purchase expire." I haven't recently purchased a car, so I decided to see what sort of scam they were up to. (phishing to start... )
I got someone on the line and I said, "Oh- thanks - which of my recent car purchases are you referring to - we have 2 cars." and she said, "Tell me your name.. " and I said "You mean I purchased two cars, and you know the warranty is going to expire on the cars, but you don't know my name?" and she said "it's for your protection." I said, "Oh, I see... well thanks for looking out for that. Speaking of my protection, are you calling from the Warranty department of the manufacturer of my car? Or from another company?" and she said "We offer warranty extension service" and I said "I gathered that. So what's the name of your company?" and she said "We'll put you on our do not call list" and I said "Well, I just asked for the name of your company... you know... for my protection... I didn't say anything about a do not call list... " and then she hung up on me. Wherever these jack***es are - I'd love to track them down. If anyone has more info, please post.
Thanks -
PS
When you call the number back, the recording says it has been disconnected! How can the phone company (Bell South) allow frauds like these to operate!!!! Evil B*****ds!!!!
