# has called every day since june 12 except holidays

My iphone died over the weekend and while it's being fixed, I purchased a burner phone (pre-paid), and right off the bat after registering it and adding minutes, this phone number kept calling.  Never leave a message.  I've given 4 people this temporary phone number, so if their name doesn't come up, not answering, not checking voice mail nor text messages.  I hate recycled phone numbers.

They call tons of times a day all hours and will not stop! I hate bill collectors and half the time they are calling the wrong person.

I can confirm that a call from 859-818-0015 is also Commonwealth Financial Systems..

As far as having a good better business rating.. Well, that's way outdated.

Better business is a paid service where anybody that is willing to pay can establish a good rating.

Called and since I am disable my answering device picked up. No message was left. This is the first time they have called from this number 859-818-0015 and I had never seen it before. ID just said unknown and I never pick up or return any call to unknown's for any reason.

I received a call from this number today. i answered and there was a automated system that stated if you was such and such person press 1 so i did. ( the person was me) after being connected to a real person i stated who i was and they hung up on me. if they are in the business of collecting money they are horrible.

These people keep calling my 10 year old daughter's cell phone!  Before you think she's a spoiled kid, she is not.  I purchased a cell phone for her for when she goes to visit with her dad and she has a way to communicate with me.  She's been at camp all week this week and I finally noticed her cell phone has NINE missed calls from these people. Sometimes they call multiple times per day and they never leave a message. I called them back and found them quite rude.  They are looking for a "Jessica" which is not my daughter.  I've asked them to please remove this phone number from their list.  We shall see if that works or not.  If not, I'm not sure what else I can do.

Don't care who they are just want them to quit calling even at nightime, if I really owe them send me a letter, obviously if they have my phone number they must have access to everything about me. I am a senior lady living alone and DO NOT like unwanted calls. If you really represent them just be honest about it don't be ashamed of where you are employed unless you think they use bad and rude tatics to harass people.

I agree with Jon cena, that person HAS 2 work 4 them cause everyone I've talked 2 & mostly all I've read about this place is that they r rude & obnoxious! If u ask them what they r collecting 4, they won't even tell u or try 2 explain it, then I checked into it & I'm not even who their looking 4 and told them that, they pretty much called me a liar! They continue 2 call everyday, 3 times a day! No matter what I've done, it won't stop!

Got a call yesterday.

This is for Commonwealth Financial Systems, a division of NCC. This particular call center is in Kentucky, but principal offices are in Pennsylvania. I called them back, they ARE a debt collector, and the debt they were calling about was legitimate. I was able to settle for half the balance. They were very polite (probably because I was able to pay up!).

Before I paid them, I looked them up on bbb.org (the Better Business Bureau). They are not registered with the BBB, but there was enough information for the BBB to verify that they are a legitimate business. They have a "B" rating (out of A+ through F), mainly due to complaints. They had, I think, 149 registered complaints.
